    Moving - office equipment & home furniture

    Arby Cartage is an excellent and efficient provider of moving & relocation services. They responded quickly to our telephone call and subsequent emails and were available on short notice to accommodate our relocation. In addition, their quote was very reasonable (the lowest available in the central Toronto area) and there were no "hidden" or excess fees. Moving personnel arrived early and were very professional & friendly and took extra care in handling our furniture and equipment; even though we added an extra piece to be relocated, the company offered the same quote as provided originally. They also directed our attention to an item which was water-damaged while in a storage unit, which allowed us to file a claim for reimbursement with the storage facility. I will definitely recommend this moving services firm to business associates & friends.

    Moving

    All the guys at Arby Cartage are great. They have moved us several times to new houses and have also helped with moving our belongings from floor to floor during renovations. Their work is fast and courteous and as of yet nothing has ever been damaged in the least. I highly recommend Arby Cartage for your next move, you will not be disappointed.

    Moving

    Our moving day was less stressful thanks to Arby Cartage! Even from our initial contact and quote, Arby was very helpful with providing us with advice on how to coordinate our moving date. On the moving date itself, Anil and his crew were punctual, efficient, cheerful, careful and hardworking. Their price was very reasonable and we even finished earlier than expected! Thank you Arby Cartage for a job well done!

    Movers

    Great movers. Wonderful before move with recommendation on number of trucks and men needed. Estimate was bang on. We used 2 trucks and 5 guys and the movers on the day of the move were fantastic! They did not stop for one minute. Had us moved out and into new place in 6.5 hrs. Big house to bigger house. Price was very reasonable, showed up exactly on time, very organized with their supplies, and great follow up. Absolutely nothing to say in terms of improvement or negative. Braced for a tough day but with the boys from Arby Cartage it was easy and stressless. They actually seem to love their job and I give all the boys from Arby Cartage an 11 out of 10! Thanks for making my dreaded day so great!!

    Move from house to condo

    Arby Cartage was wonderful to deal with -- from initial contact and quotation to the arrival at our new home. The crew was fantastic. They arrived early, loaded the truck in record time and had us all unpacked by 3:00 in the afternoon. Nothing broken; nothing scratched. They laid our carpets and positioned our furniture in all the right places before they left. They even helped to get everything into our storage locker in a well-organized and tidy manner. It was like an act of magic! 5 star service for sure!

    Moving

    I move frequently - generally every couple of years - and I can tell you that hands down Arby's is the best that I have ever used - I wish I'd found them for previous moves. Their quote was competitive and their reviews good. On the day of the move they arrived on time with a friendly, respectful crew. They had a back-up truck which we ended up needing and Arby himself dropped off. They were careful with our furnishing even though none of it is high-end and they were fast and efficient. A big thank you to the team for making a very stressful time a little less stressful. I will definitely use them for my next move.

    Residential move

    I moved to a condo from a house. The team worked very efficiently. They were punctual with their arrival time and finished within the estimated timeframe with a friendly attitude.

    Moving from Toronto to Hamilton

    I had a 2 bedroom upper apartment with a main floor studio and sitting room and a couple of basement items to move from Toronto. I had a deal closing on the Toronto building and a deal closing on a Hamilton house. I found the move and closings very stressful. Arby's staff were amazing. They packed the truck so well, none of my great number of boxes tipped and nothing was damaged. The movers gave me opportunity to see if I like the placement of furniture and boxes. I could change my mind and they were patient and fun. I will use this service again and highly recommend them. Thanks Arby for your help. When we couldn't figure out how to get the key on closing your idea of having the selling Real Estate put the key in the lock box on the property and then having the lawyer in Toronto call with the code to open the lock box on the property when the deal closed, was great! Suggesting a change of time to a later time also saved me a lot of time (money) waiting for a double closing. You are the best. I am so thankful. J.R. Pearce

    movers

    A real asset to any move. Helpful, cheerful, careful. Actually hammered in some loose nails. Furniture arrived in better condition than before. Would recommend for any Toronto area move. Have used them twice now and would definitely use them if I ever needed movers again.

    Moving dining room suite

    I was pleased with the professionalism which was demonstrated from my very first contact. I felt that they worked by that golden rule of treating me as they would like to be treated. The 3 movers even put felt over a spot on the bottom of the buffet that they thought might harm my floors. Overall, bravo!!!!
