Arby and Anil were absolutely responsive and reliable when booking. I head some problems with the furniture company and pick up date and had to reschedule it a couple of times. They replied on time to every email I sent, booked the date and time as we agreed, didn't miss a thing. Ahmad and guys were punctual and caring, neat and respectful. They called on time, arrived to the pick u place as they said they would, took good care of the pieces during transport and drop off, cleaned after unpacking, put everything at its right place, were careful not to touch any surfaces. No fault, decent price.

Wow, what a great team! The guys were on time, efficient, courteous, strong, overall extremely professional. I was very pleased to see how much care they took to ensure that my hardwood floor would not get damaged, they covered the floor, staircase and removed their shoes. We had two heavy fridges that had to be moved from the basement, the job was complex due to the shape of the staircase, limited amount of clearance and considering the heavy weight of both items. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this company without reservations.

I decided to Hire Arby Cartage based purely on the positive ratings on this website. Everytime I called, Arby the owner would promptly answer the phone and answer all my questions. Arby is very friendly and personable. You can tell he cares about his customers new and old. On the move date, the crew arrived 45 minutes early! Anil, who was in charge of the crew was extremly professional and very friendly. The crew did an excellent job and completed the entire move from my old house to my new house in 5.5 hours! I had called serveral moving companies and Arby was the only one who offered 4 movers and 2 trucks just to be safe! I even got a 10% discount! I would highly recommend their services and not hesitate to use them again! A very enjoyable experience. An excellent and reputable company!

We had to use Arby Cartage for 2 different moves - one for our condo, and a second one for 2 storage lockers - a large task at hand. I am totally impressed with this company, and I would highly recommend them. I was initially fearful of the 'smaller' moving companies given that we have a large amount of delicate furniture and I was going to go with a bigger company (naively thinkng larger companies are more reputable, etc). After considerable research I decided to go with Arby cartage. I talked to Arby over the phone - a very pleasant and charming individual. For the 2 moves, I dealt with Anil who oversaw everything, Rahman, Rudy, Clifton (I'm not sure I got your name correct), and Ali. Everybody was very friendly, very accomodating and very helpful. They provided excellent service, and I was amazed at their ability to move extremely heavy and delicate furniture up several FLIGHTS of narrow stairs without even a scratch or mark. They even moved remaining items from both lockers into 1 locker to allow me to cancel the locker rental without my asking. They installed my unassembled bed without my asking. They are very fairly priced, all details were discussed up front with Arby. There were no hidden fees at all. Thanks for your great service! - Peter

Wow - these are awesome movers. They moved my partner to storage. Many antiques and not the best packing job. Nothing broke, they were helpful friendly, courteous and careful. Two days later they moved me into my partner's and then some of my stuff to storage. I have never seen a bunch of movers work so hard. I appreciated that either Anil or Arby were there and they made everything run smoothly. I've moved a lot and I have never been this please. I have already booked these guys for my office move.

Our experience with Arby Cartage was exceptional from start to finish. Arby himself is most helpful, experienced and obviously cares a great deal about his customers, and this translates to his employees. Our move was scheduled to begin at 8AM, and the three-man crew arrived 30 minutes early to survey the site and to get ready (find me another moving company who does that!). All three guys were gracious, helpful, caring and supportive, and they work quickly and carefully. I've moved a few times in my life, and usually it's the transient, dis-interested, careless guys sent over to sling my stuff around. Not so this time! Wow. I enthusiastically recommend Arby Cartage for any of your moving needs.

I would highly recommend Arby Cartage. T hey were prompt in getting back to me, and very easy to do business with. I used their services today They arrived on time, and bent over backwards to ensure the move got done (even when there was a big delay from our end). I can't say enough about how impressed I was.
