    Carpet cleaning

    Very happy with the carpet cleaning that was done by Mathew. The carpets looked great, dried quickly, and ready for the new home owner. Booking was prompt, professional with follow-up confirmation on price and date/time. Arrival was on time and everything was fantastic! Thank you.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Second time using 416-SO-Clean, service was awesome! I wasn't able to be on site, team spent 5 minutes before and after the job to fill me in the progress. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond to do an amazing job!

    Basement Carpet Cleaning

    Very good price! Very professional service by the technicians. Covered up the areas where the hoses were going through the house. Protected the corners. After 5 years of use, the basement carpet came out looking new with no sign of any carpet compression from high wear areas. Great job!

    Carpet Cleaning

    I wasn't even a member of homestars, but had to signup for 416-SO-CLEAN. Wow! A 9 year-old home, 3 kids, and (previously) a cat. Stains on the carpets everywhere! Dalton arrived on time, the setup was painless, and the service outstanding. The biggest story here, though, is the results! Amazing. I would highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN, and will definitely use them again. Online quoting on their website was also 100% accurate.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Great service. Very professional. Arrived exactly when they said they would and then did a fabulous job! I will certainly use then in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

    Carpet cleaning

    Had a sewer back-up, that was mostly confined to a basement washroom floor, but did seep into a small area of carpet abutting the tile. I found So Clean on Homestars. I was very satisfied with the service: Courteous and knowledgable telephone service that also confirmed with me that they could effectively complete the job (asked about extent of damage), sent an email confirming the scope of the job after the appointment was set, called when team was on-route, arrived on-time, were courteous, confirmed priorities of job (simple cleaning vs sanitization), ran hoses through a window to minimize mess and maximize suction (vs a previous cleaner who ran the hose through the entire house creating a mess and reducing the effectiveness of the equipment), did a great job cleaning the stains. My only criticism is that on payment there was a tipping option, which I felt was inappropriate for a professional.

    Carpet Cleaning

    As a result of reviews from this site, I choose this company to come in and clean my filthy carpets. Matthew did a thorough and professional job. The carpets are spotless, there was no residual smell, and he told me how to remove pet stains, rather than resorting to Resolve. I need to have some grout cleaning done and know exactly who I'll use. Great job.

    carpet cleaning

    Our carpets were well overdue for cleaning after about 5 years of daily wear and tear, a renovation and a dog who had been sick on it several times. On the off change, I phoned on a Sunday to see if I could schedule anything the following Monday or Tuesday. I received an e-mail and call right away. An appointment was available on the Tuesday. I received another confirmation call the day before with the time adjusted slightly. The day of I received 2 more confirming calls to move the appointment up in time which was fine with me. Dalton and partner were professional, fast and did a very good job. They explained why some marks on the border of the runner could not be removed due to wear and tear. Otherwise all of the stubborn stains were removed. They gave me a bottle of their branded spot remover free of charge as well as booties to wear until the carpet dries. I was happy with the results and service.

    rug and upholstery cleaning

    Dalton and Wales came on time and thoroughly cleaned 2 chesterfields and 2 love seats as well as the hall and stairs carpet. We wouldn't have anyone else clean as the service is always exceptional.

    Carpet Cleaning

    So Clean demonstrated the value of environmentally friendly cleaning solutions - our carpets have never been as clean and felt so good to the touch! Thorough job by Mathew, prompt and clear booking, and helpful responses from Adel to questions. We are confident and pleased about So Clean's many professional services.
