    Tile and carpet cleaning

    They define "going the extra mile" and provide great service. in an emergency, Adel really came through for us. I would recommend them highly and will pass their name along to clients as well!

    duct cleaning

    despite some confusion with arrival time and coming over an hour later than what was booked, they made it up to me by bringing an extra person so twice the work could be done in half the time. they were very apologetic and went above and beyond to get everything done in time (i had to leave at a set time for an appointment, so was very apprehensive about the late arrival) and even cleaned out my central vac canister, humidifier filter, air return filters and more for me at no charge. as always their work was exceptional! they used an all-natural thyme-based antibacterial cleaner that left a lovely scent in my home. pleasant and professional as always. :)

    Carpet Cleaning

    It was a busy time of the year just before Christmas and my usual company could not make it. I found 416-So-Clean company thru Homestars directory - they are AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH. So happy I reached out to them. They will be my carpet cleaners from now on.

    Carpet cleaning

    Matt did a great job. Very professional. He was on time and did the job efficiently. We had a coffee stain and it is now completely gone. I would definitely recommend their service.

    Upholstery Cleaning

    During our move the back of our sofa had gotten covered in black marks. The team from 416-So-Clean arrived on time, confirmed their appointment prior to arrival, managed to get all of the marks off of our sofa as well as removed several stains on the carpet as a bonus, and finished up faster than expected. Professional, easy to use and highly recommended!

    Clean, colour & seal floor & shower grout

    I bought a rental property & had them clean carpets before tenants moved in. They talked me out of doing extra work (scotchgard) because carpets were cheap. When we were getting ready to sell the condo we called them back to clean & colour floor grout. I left a message requesting information on ceramic tile and they called me right back to arrange an onsite estimate. Adel called before he arrived to make sure the appointment was still on as I was coming in to Markham from Waterloo. He arrived right on time and gave me an estimate. They did the rest of the work by communicating with our real estate agent who approved the job. I attended the condo again and couldn't believe it was the same floor. It had been a digustung mess and now looked like new. I called to check that the work was done and then paid by credit card over the phone and got an invoice by email. Dealt with Adel each time over the phone. Very professional, and easy to deal with even when living out of town. Would definitely recommend them for carpet or ceramic tile & grout work.

    Carpet cleaning

    416 So Clean are very professional and courteous. I was impressed with the ease of doing business - from the online quote to the phone follow up. They checked the time to see if it was ok if they arrived a bit early (it was!). Once on site, they explained the process and got straight to work. The carpets all look so much better and I will use their services again in the future.

    Carpet and Duct Cleaning

    This company was very professional. They provided a written quote, confirmation of the appointment, a walk through of the house to confirm the work before beginning, and a walk through after to make sure I was satisfied. The technicians were professional and quick, and left my house tidy after they were done. I paid $500 +tax for carpet and duct cleaning of my 1700 sq ft home. I'm sure there are cheaper options, but these guys provided high quality service.

    Carpet Cleaning of Townhouse

    My carpets required cleaning as the staircases (3) had nasty stains. So Clean came highly recommended by a RE Agent. Adel answered my call and arranged for his team to be onsite the very next day. My contractor was onsite and called to say "Good NEWS" your carpet is clean as new. Adel & team delivered timely, quality service with exceptional price. A true value service provider whom I have now recommended to several friends in the GTA.
