    Carpet Cleaning Basement

    416-So-Clean was referred to me by Victorious carpets. Starting with Ruby who contacted me to see what we needed and arranged the cleaning date, There were two technicians Mathew ( I think) and Daltony, both very nice! They were on time, very polite and friendly. The technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they would do, asked if we had any concerns and when they were done explained what should be done after! Overall very good experience and would recommend them without hesitation! Steve and Gratia

    Duct Cleaning

    Once again, Adel came into my families home and did an amazing job!! There are so many companies that call and put ads out that they do Duct Cleaning, but having someone as trustworthy and reliable as 416-SOCLEAN is the best that anyone could need. Thanks again for an amazing job!

    Carpet cleaning service

    416-so-clean did the carpet cleaning job at my house. They were punctual, reliable and were not to pricey with their services. They had brought in all their equipment the first time including all needed vacuum heads, and machinery and were able to cap off the job in a day. Very happy, definitely recommend them to all homeowners.

    Steam clean/ scotch guard sofa

    From the moment I called to book my cleaning to the time Daltony arrived to do the job, it was a first class operation throughout. My house was treated like a castle with drop cloths and foot covers and Daltony was thorough, considerate and professional. I'm very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets or fabrics cleaned. A follow up phone call as well as a $10 donation card to the charity of my choice was the icing on the cake!

    Drier vent duct cleaning

    Adel came to my home precisely at the time of the appointment. He inspected the job first and then proceeded to bring in his equipment. At all times he was very careful to be clean and respectful of my home. He performed the work quickly and effectively keeping me informed of what he was doing and why. He also showed me what he removed from the duct and why it is important to keep the duct clean. I highly recommend Adel for duct cleaning.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Fantastic! Adel and his team were hired to clean up after our tenant had left and the carpets were terrible. Adel's team had to use their mobile unit to get into our townhouse and he warned and warned and warned that he was concerned the carpets were so bad that they might not look much better when the cleaning is done. We went ahead with the cleaning anyway as we wanted to give it a try...WOW, they came up VERY clean. I can't say they look brand new but it would have been completely unrealistic of us to expect them to given the condition they were in. But Adel and his team DEFINITELY saved the carpets and saved us money from having to replace them. If you like honesty, communication, decent pricing and oh yeah; a job very well done...look no further than 416-SO-CLEAN. Thanks again guys!!

    carpets and upholstered furniture cleaning

    I chose this company based on the great reviews on HomeStars and they didn't let me down. Originally booked for Feb. 8th but Ruby (sales rep.) called to give me a cancelation a week earlier which was great as the technician, Daltony, would have had a horrible time with 30 cm. of snow coming down on the 8th! He worked quietly and efficiently on the sofa, loveseat, 5 upholstered chairs and wall to wall carpeting taking the wool area rug back to the plant to be cleaned. I was more than pleased and impressed with the courteous manner and professionalism of both Ruby and Daltony re informing me when they were coming and being on time. A job well done!!

    Carpet Cleaning ~ Great Job!

    Our carpets were as dirty as ever after not being cleaned once for 3-4 years. We were at a point where we were going to have our son's baby shower soon in upcoming days, and guests from the Arizona, USA were going to come the next week. We called 416-SO-CLEAN and they had assisted us on one of the jobs that needed to be done before this event. And this was high priority since our carpets were dirtier than ever. The crew was very punctual and were able to deliver right on time. Prices didn't seem to high, but moreover very reasonable with the services i received. Followup was done by Ruby and she had done a great job. Great Work!

    Upholstery (sofa) Cleaning

    This is the second time 416-SO-CLEAN has come to my rescue :) I called 416-SO-CLEAN in a panic this morning because my cat had decided to urinate (or maybe spray) on my sofa. Ruby (the receptionist) was incredible. She moved mountains for me and was able to arrange to have someone out to us within 2hrs. Matthew (upholstery technician) arrived on time and was very thorough. He work diligently on the sofa paying close attention to the spots that had been soiled. The whole job was done within 45min and the sofa is as good as new!!!! Ruby even followed up a few hours later to be sure we were happy and said that if there was any hint of a smell that lingered we should call back to have it retreated. I have been in customer service for 16 years and I am thoroughly impressed by the team at 416-SO-CLEAN!!!! Thanks Ruby & Matthew :)

    Carpet steaming

    The technician was well mannered and efficient and worked quickly with minimal intrusiveness to us as a family. He completed the job in good time and clearly and courteously explained the aftercare required.
