    Carpet Cleaning

    As professional as it gets. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, provided some extra spot cleaning solution or free, and I paid what they quoted. They even followed up with a thank you email and a $10 donation to a charity of my choice. Would recommend to anyone.

    Upholstery and carpet cleaning

    Today I had my bedroom and hallway carpet cleaned by 416-SO-CLEAN, as well as a condo-sized sofa and 2 matching ottomans. I was able to have this cleaning done within 3 days of my initial call to schedule an appointment, my service man Daltony was punctual, courteous, professional, and METICULOUS. He left my condo exactly as he had found it... except, cleaner! I would definitely use 416-SO-CLEAN again, especially if Daltony is my service man!

    Carpet cleaning

    416 so clean done a great job cleaning my carpets. Great service. If they were a little cheaper I would use them more frequently. The phone operator was very informative and the cleaning technician was friendly and helpful.

    upholstery cleaning and stain removal

    In October 2012 I had 416-so-clean come to my house to attempt the removal of a red wine stain from a couch cushion and to also steam clean an arm chair and loveseat. The representative was very friendly and polite. He was not able to completely remove the wine stain but he did a good job and I would use 416-so-clean again.

    Area Rugs Cleaning

    I had the pleasure of booking the services from So-Clean company. I have been impressed with the services I’ve received and the quality of the job done on my area rugs. I am very satisfied with the company and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for highly professional services. The company was very fast, delivered on promises and very very accomodating. I have to make a special note about company’s employee Daltony who was dealing with my high demands. He was very friendly, extremely helpful and very patient. He is a definite asset to the company. Daltony was very fast, hardworking, experienced technician who went above and beyond to ensure my demands were satisfied. I am very happy with 416-SO-CLEAN and count myself as their permanent customer from now on. Great job, keep it up.

    Carpet and Area Rug Cleaning

    I choose 416-So-Clean based on the excellent homestars reviews. Excellent customer service. Adel was very quick in responding to my e-mail with a quote, and called me to confirm my cleaning appointment the day before. Daltony arrived early for the appointment, and did a thorough and great job. He explained the process and plan beforehand, and reviewed it with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. He was even able to get out paint stains from my carpet. My carpets look brand new. I am recommending this company to all my family and co-workers. Thanks, Kathy

    sofa, arm chair & area rug cleaning

    It was a pleasure doing business with 416-SO-CLEAN. They responded quickly to my email query, providing a cost estimate quickly and several options for scheduling an appointment. Daltony, the cleaning specialist was punctual, respectful, efficient and neat. He finished much sooner than I expected and the furniture and carpet look great. And the cost was exactly as promised. I won't hesitate to use their services again and intend to recommend to friends and family.

    Wool rug cleaning

    My experience with 416-So Clean was great. From the start, my call was returned promptly and the rug pick up was arranged within days. I received a quote for the cleaning and was notified once the cleaning and stain removal was completed to arrange delivery. In the end the final bill was less than the quote, which was refreshing to see.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Called last minute to book an emergency appointment so my wife and I could move into our home with our newborn. Despite being fully booked, Adel made it out to our place in the evening. This is the second time I am using 416 So Clean and the job was fantastic as usual. With the stains and odour removed, my wife was happy to bring our newborn into a clean home. Thank you 416 So Clean for going above and beyond, we really appreciate it!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Very disappointed. Overall job was ok but these are the things that irked me: - the cleaning machine started to sputter - apparently this happens with the fuel is running low - and the cleaner did not stop to refuel his truck. - stains were left in the carpet that I was easily able to remove with the cleaning solvent he left for me. - the last room he cleaned took 3 days to dry - I found a pair of suit pants rolled up on a shelf in the closet: they were wet with cleaning fluid and covered in carpet fibres. I'm not certain why someone wouldn't mention a simple accident with the pants - I was bound to find out about this so why not just let me know. I don't know why he did not come to the house with enough fuel to complete the job. Is this why the end of the job seemed inferior and took longer to dry than the start of the job? I'm uncertain why he was able to get so stains out of the carpet where I had previously failed but failed to get stains out that seemed rather simple. I am certain that I will not use this service again.
