    Cleaning of large area rug, 3 seater microfibre sofa, and carpet stairway

    From the first phone call with 416-SO-CLEAN, we were very happy with the quality of service. They were very accommodating in picking up our area rug, and working around renovations to complete the remainder of the work. I was a bit skeptical that they would be able to get some major stains out of both our 7 year old sofa, and our stairs which had some laytex paint on them, but thought it was worth a shot as they are otherwise in very good shape. Matthew arrived early on the day of the job, and exceeded our expectations. Our sofa looks brand new, and he was able to get 5 year old ink stains out! It was some of the best money we have ever spent. I thought we would be replacing our sofa in a few months and this would just be to remove some reno dust until we were ready, but now I am confident we can get a few more years out of it. The stairs are amazing too. He was able to remove most paint (which I didn't think was even a possibility). Thanks so much to Matthew and everyone at 416-So-Clean for a job well done. We will recommend you to others, and look forward to having you back for future cleanings.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I have used this company many times, and I am always impressed with how they can make my carpet look new again. I have 2 young kids that can make quite the mess, but 416-SO-CLEAN can always get it clean again

    Clean some old dirty, stained carpet

    Very pleased with my carpet, which is 22 years old and in recent months has been stained numerous times by an aging pet. This is the 1st time I've had carpets cleaned where the technician didn't start off by explaining which stains he wasn't going to be able to get out, or by explaining how my carpets are very old and worn and will not clean well. The carpet looks fantastic (considering its age). Even the pet urine stains are gone. Heavy traffic area at the bottom of the stairs looks great too.

    Carpet Cleaning of second floor

    I contacted this company based on all their very good reviews , Mathew showed up on time and cleaned the whole second floor and stairs very well. After few days they called me back and made sure I am satisified with their service. I am thrilled that found this company and will contact them for sure after my renovation to clean my basement's carpets. Thanks Mathew and Adel.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    I am thrilled with the job that 416-SO-CLEAN performed. I had some wall to wall carpeting in a room in a bachelor basement apartment in my house that I needed to have cleaned prior to the new tenant moving in. I must say I didn't have very high hopes that the stains that existed in this light grey carpet could be removed. To say I was stunned at how clean the carpet came out is an understatment. It looked brand new again. You couldn't even tell where the stains had been. Also, I had an old armchair in a gold colour that I couldn't part with. It's a Biltmore chair that was a good quality chair but it's about 15 years old now and my dog has taken over this chair because it's so comfortable. Well, it also came out looking brand new. I have been telling everyone I know that they should use this company for carpets and upholstery. Thanks very much for the wonderful job.

    Basement and stairs carpet cleaning

    This was the second time we hired 416-so-clean to clean carpets in our home. Adel was amazing, he came in the afternoon we got keys to our new house to clean carpets in the basement. There was a lot of comotion and we were moving in at the same time, he remained composed and found a way to clean carpets in the basement and stay out of the line of fire with the move in:) Because there was so much going on he offered to come back another day to clean the stairs and did not charge for the basement, just said that he will charge for the entire job when he finishes the stairs. Nothing signed, no contract, who does that these days. Made me feel so good and I had one less thing to worry about. Exceptional customer service, excellent quality of job. I would recommend without hesitation, you won't be dissapointed.

    Sofa Cleaning

    I first called Adel when we bought a new cream microfibre sofa (yes I know we're crazy) to get an estimate to StainGuard it. He spent the time to explain to me that it's not worth treating microfibre and walked me though how to clean it regularly in order to maintain it. 3 weeks after we bought the sofa, I was trying to clean it and found a blue dot on it. The 'dot' ended up being the tip of an ink pen which proceeded to spill all over the sofa. As the ink spot was growing I frantically called Adel, who calmly told me how to minimize the damage until he could come over. He came over that week and worked on the spot until it was completely gone. I thought for sure the couch would have been damaged for good, but he was a miracle worker. I would not call anyone else to clean our sofa or carpets!

    Living Room, 2 bedrooms and sectional sofa

    This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I was so impressed with their throughness and attention to all the details. They arrived both times early, set up quickly and cleaned my carpets with the utmost of care. I would highly recommend this company for any job in any house - espcially good for the discerning client as they are very careful in your house with your furniture. They will even move furniture! amazing!

    4 Large bedrooms, 2 basement rooms, large rec room

    Adel and Rafael were wonderful to deal with. They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. We were moving into a house that had 2 dogs with "stains" through out the house. I was thinking of replacing them, but Adel said that it was a high end berber carpet and worth salvaging. They did an amazing job. They were very open to inspection and he also left me 2 small bottles of cleaner that wont leave a residue on the carpet. I would definitely use them again in the future! Thanks guys!

    Wall to Wall Carpet Cleaned

    My husband and I can't say enough about Adel from 416-SO-CLEAN. We always check out HomeStars to find the best contractors for a job we need done and haven't been disappointed to date. From reading Adel's reviews,we decided to give him a call. Adel and Rafael did such an absolute amazing cleaning job. I was going to replace our carpets but decided to try carpet cleaning one last time. We are so pleased we called So-Clean with their cleaning magic our carpets look like new again, will be with us for years to come and we saved thousands of dollars not having to replace our carpets. We'll be using them for all our future Carpet & Upholstery care because they are the VERY BEST! Dan and Marilyn - Etobicoke.
