I called this morning regarding my basement carpet and am stain free at 12:32. Luckily the boys were in the neighbourhood so they popped by right away. My dehumidifier had leaked lubricant on the carpet and I was concerned that the smell wasn't great for my kids. After 15 minutes, the carpet was cleaned. But this is not why I love this company. Adel and Matthew were meticulous and spot clean. I have had other carpet cleaners in before and was more worried about the mess they left behind and what was spewing out of their machines. Not a concern here. I have finally found someone who treats my house like I do. Much recommended.

Adel and Matt are just great. They were on time and extremely professional. I just moved and my place and I are both a bit of a mess. They were very sympathetic about giving me a superbly clean mattress to sleep on and some order to my chaos. It's perhaps the only clean surface in the house. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with the thoroughness of this company's work. Not only did the company send me an email reminder days before my scheduled appointment, but they also called the day before to confirm that they would be coming. On the day of the appointment, Adel and his colleague came on time and ready to work. Adel did a great job on our microfibre couch and chairs and took the time to explain what he had done and what I could do to take care of any stains that may appear in the future. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We needed carpet cleaning to sell our home, and although they were fully booked Saturday, they offered to come on a Sunday (they usually don't work on Sundays) which is above and beyond any service provider we've ever dealt with. The quality of the carpet cleaning is second to none and it dried up a lot faster than when we had Sears come in (no complaints there, they were great as well). Polite, quick, and spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone!

Adel did an amazing job. He got most of the stains out of my carpets and even offered to clean my kitchen mat free of charge. My sofa looks like new again. He was completely professional and a really nice guy.

Hands down, one of the best professional exchanges I've had with any contractor, let alone carpet cleaning service. Adel personally conceived this company, and single-handedly owns and operates it with the professionalism, intelligence, and pride of ownership other business owners should aspire to. The carpet came out perfectly - he diagnosed the cat urine stains in the carpet like a medical doctor would diagnose symptoms in a patient! He used a state-of-the-art blacklight to locate the precise locations and borders of the stains, then a multi-step treatment to extract and deodorize the whole thing. He even thought to ask if my cats were safely locked away, before opening the outside door to access his van. 416-So-Clean really can't be beat. I'd recommend Adel any time, any where, to any one.

Adel and his staff came over to my house, gave me a fair quote within my budget and proceeded immediately. I had two sofa's (fabric), 1 sectional (microfibre) and a burber carpet runner on two levels of stairs. The result stunned me - it looks like new!!! Not only that, but the manner in which they worked was efficient, unobtrusive, and of course clean. Taking my sectional from a state of baby mess to brand-spanking new just flat out amazed me! I would certainly tell all my friends about this service.
