I have completely given up on this carpet. I thought it was time to replace it even though it was only 4 years old. We have a dog and a cat, several grandchildren and lots of friends and family dropping by. Between the dog's resistance to training, the cat fur and the dirty soles of shoes I really couldn't believe there was any hope for this carpet. I was just waiting for the right time to replace it with hardwood. Suddenly there was a death in the family, out of town guests expected for the funeral and no time to replace the carpet. Enter Hazel and Adel of 416-SO-CLEAN. They came on very short notice and the carpet looks fabulous. I honestly can't believe it looks so good. All the dog and cat stains have disappeared. I am totally impressed. Hazel, Adel and 416-SO-CLEAN have won my heart. Yahoo!!! Bring on the visitors!

Called them up based on the reviews on this site and I am not disappointed! They cleaned my 7 year old carpet and while my expectations were quite low since it did look pretty beat up, they definitely exceeded my expectations. I had some nasty food and paint stains (from a job I did 6 months ago!) throughout and they totally removed it. In fact, my carpet looks like new! I highly recommend them

We were extremely happy with the fantastic work done by Adel and Grettel. We have a cat and they spent close to an hour cleaning the sofa and loveseat that our cat spends a lot of time sitting on. We also had several stains on our carpet that we never thought would come out - they did. We are very satisfied customers and were impressed with the service we received.

We have a small dog in the house and I wanted a spring cleaning before our Easter Sunday !! I called So Clean after reading the reviews on Homestars and I was not at all disappointed. We had them clean our carpets prior to putting our house up for sale. We had some stains that had never come out with previous carpet cleanings. They were incredibly professional, on time and clean and the job was done so quickly and at our convenience. They removed all the stains and even went so far as to call us the next day to make sure that none of the stains had come back through which they hadn't. We've honestly never received such good service from any contractor ever and I would never use any other carpet cleaning company besides these guys. They're AMAZING!

We have pets and you can imagine how much fur can build up. After Adel and his helper came, you wouldn't know that there were cats in the house. The sofa is unbelievably clean and my wife and I are amazed at what an incredible job they did for us. We will definitely be recommending Adel's services to our friends and we will be using his services for many years to come.

Our carpets needed cleaning. We called Adel because he had been highly recommended. He came to our home to see our carpets and to measure the carpet surfaces (no guesswork). We also needed our dining room chairs cleaned. He clearly explained what was needed and advised us of our options based on our needs. His presentation was very professional. We made arrangements for 416SOCLEAN to do the work according to our schedule. Adel and Hazel arrived ON TIME. The work was done and the carpets look like new (no small feat in a house full of teenagers and their friends). I strongly advise anyone who needs carpet and upholstery cleaning to call Adel. We needed desparately to have our carpets cleaned and I had been putting it off because I didn't know who to call. The last company that "cleaned" our carpets left splatter marks all over the walls and a sticky residue that made your socks stick to it. Then I found Homestars and called Adel - he arranged to fit me in the following day and my carpets look GREAT! What a night and day difference to the last company we chose. He talked to me about the state of my carpet, left behind materials on how to care for the carpet and even got out paint stains that have been here since we moved in that I was told would never come out. They treated me AND my home like royalty, did a very professional job and even left me a little bag with some spot cleaner, fridge magnets and some little chocolates. What a nice touch!! I won't use anyone else now that I know what real service is like.

I was worried, my daughter's birthday was close, and my area rugs & carpets were need a real cleaning. All of sudden I thought of soclean and I called them, they came on the next day and did a wonderful job in my home and took the area rugs with them to have them clean and they dropped it back to my home with no extra service charges.
