I have been using 416-SO-CLEAN services since I moved in my first home 4 years ago. Adel and the team have always shown a truly professional, through and deep cleaning experience. The first time Adel did the Carpet Audit, he took the time to listen to my needs. And for that point on, all I have to do, is pick up the phone and spend less than a minute to arrange my schedule the cleaning and everything else is taken care of immediately as they have everything documented in their system. I was also amazed by 416-SO-CLEAN team ability to virtually remove almost every stain and spot I had including a tea spill that I tried everything possible to remove and was not able to until 416-SO-CLEAN team arrived and remove it! I highly recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to my friends and neighbours.

We were very impressed with the prompt and efficient service of 416-So-Clean Co. They responded to our phone call late in the evening and fit us in the next day. The staff were friendly and courteous and did an excellent job removing a difficult stain ( that had been badly treated by us!) Customer service is a huge focus and we appreciate that! We plan to hire them in the future!

Over the holidays, we had a gathering in our office which resulted with food stains, spills, and oily spots. We called 416-so-clean who provided us with a quote. And then, on the day of the cleaning, their uniformed,professional, and very friendly technicians showed up on time and they did a very thorough and deep cleaning for the whole office. And they also took the time and effort to treat the food and oil spots. The office looks so clean, so fresh, and it all dried up on time. I would recommend 416-so-clean to my friends and family. They were great!

We just had our carpet and stairs cleaned by So Clean and we were were really impressed with their services. They were extremely professional, courteous, thorough and quick. I would definitely recommend them and use them again soon.

We needed our sofa and stairs cleaned, and emailed Adel based on the reviews here. He was always courteous in our correspondence, and answered all of my questions, including offering quotes for the job. We never felt pressured to offer him the job, which helped a lot, since we'd never had our carpets or upholstery cleaned before. We ended up hiring him because the price was reasonable and we knew others on Homestars had been happy with his work. The appointment was scheduled for 10:00 on Wednesday, Dec. 30, and he and Hazel arrived right on time. He'd estimated 3 hours for the job, but was done in 2. The whole them they were here, they were professional and very easy to work with. They lay down carpets to protect our flooring when cleaning the sofa and wore plastic booties on the carpet. He was always happy to answer any questions we had, and did a spot test on the sofa to test its colourfastness. Today the change is very noticeable--the sofa smells great and the stains are gone. The sofa's a dark nave chenille and it's used every day. The gray that settled on top is gone! The carpets look fantastic--we haven't seen them so clean before! We didn't get the bedrooms cleaned as we're planning to replace the carpets in a couple of years, but you can see a faint line between the dirty carpet and the now clean one! Adel and Hazel did a wonderful job, and we'd definitely use 416-So-Clean again. There were no hidden costs at the end (we got exactly what Adel quoted the week prior), and they gave us great advice on buying carpet in the future and what fibres/fabrics last and clean the best. Great job!

We were really impressed, price was great, service was professional, they came on time, were polite and friendly, they followed up with us to see if we had any questions after they cleaned the carpets... Great customer service, but most importantly, my 15 year old carpet looks and smells like new! We will use them again and refer them to our friends and family.

Adel and his company was amazing from the start. When he gave us a quote he was very detailed and explained to us everything he was going to do. He showed up on the day that he promised and on time! The work was neat, organized, and professional. We will certainly recommend him to our family, friends and clients!

I cannot say enough about Adel & his company! I called yesterday (Dec 21), thinking there would be no way I could get my couches cleaned before xmas, the person taking the call was very pleasant & Adel was able come the very next day (today). Adel was very polite & very professional - he did not try to sell me anything more than what I had asked for & did a fantastic job! He even cleaned a couple of spots on the carpet for no charge. I found 416-SO-CLEAN on homestars.com. I read some reviews & didn't even bother calling any other company & I have no regrets. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone & will call Adel again without hesitation when I require this cleaning again in the future. I wish it was possible to rate above 10!

With 3 kids, our carpet and sofa needed cleaning badly but we didn't have the time or energy to try the DIY route. Adil was very professional through the whole process. From giving us a quote to saying goodbye, it was a pleasure dealing with him all the way. His assistant Hazel was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend his services to all my friends and family. The carpets are SO CLEAN, I am going to banish the kids to the basement!
