    Consistent service

    I have used 416 So Clean for a number of years and their service is consistent. Everything looks and feels clean when they are finished, even hard to clean upholstery. They are also very pleasant and professional from booking through completion of service, which is why they continue to get my business. They are worth a call if you would like a refresh for your rugs and sofas or other upholstery.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Thank you Adel for scheduling this appointment for me this morning. Richard was my assigned technician and he did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, hallways, area rug and dining chairs (they really needed to be cleaned). Thank you Richard and I will be requesting you for my next project.

    Couch cleaning

    The favourite family couch badly needed cleaning. 416-SO-CLEAN were easy to book and have given the couch new life (and a nice clean smell). The were professional polite and clean and took the effort to really get the couch clean.

    Cleaning and installation

    My experience was amazing from begin to the end. I recommend using this company Sandra was one of kind and extremely helpful and very Professional with cleaning and installing the drapes.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Highly recommend 416 So Clean. Great customer service and great value. Richard and Alesandro were punctual, respectful and very hard-working. Thanks guys for making our old carpets look so much better.

    THE BEST !!!

    You can't beat this company! I always look on HomeStars for service professionals. Right off ... 416-SO-CLEAN. Over 1200 reviews; 10 10 10 10 10 10 10 and on and on. All satisfied customers. And I am another. No wonder they have won so many "Best of Awards"! 416-SO-CLEAN does it all. Immediate and superb communication. Adel and Abed are so nice and answered every question I had with confidence. The crew was extremely polite, worked hard, and took care to respect my home. On top of that, a wonderful job at an extremely fair price. Look no further. You won't be disappointed. In fact, I am having them return in January to do my carpets!

    Carpet cleaning, good service but very strong chemical smell

    I scheduled 416-SO Clean to clean my carpets in two hallways, a staircase and combined living room/dining room. When searching for carpet cleaning services, I forgot to check if they use "environmentally friendly" or "non-toxic cleaning agents". The service personnel (Richard and Alezandio) were very professional - they were on time, fast, took care with furniture, did a good job cleaning and got the stains out. However, the smell of cleaning fluid is very strong. Service was very good and a fair price, but if you have sensitivity to chemicals, I wouldn't recommend.

As per our phone conversation the terms "environmentally friendly" and "non-toxic cleaning agents" are both two different things. An environmentally friendly cleaning product could be very toxic and a synthetic man made detergent can be very safe. The products we use are SAFE and NON-TOXIC. It is synthetic man made but it is very safe. Next time, I will make sure that we communicate this better with our clients. thank you again Adel Majd

    Cleaning

    Alejandro and Kevin F were simply magicians, they made the dirt and stains disappear from our carpet. Wow superb service quality and excellent customer support by the back office. 10 stars!

    Upholstery Cleaning

    This was the second time I’ve used their services. The cleaners arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They wore shoe covers and used mats to protect my floors. The furniture looks great!

    rug cleaning

    they did a great job cleaning my rugs. They are about 15 years old and look like new after the cleaning. Staff were very courteous and professional. They even cleaned a stairway that was not included in the work order
