    Duct cleaning

    Service was prompt, professional and thorough. Adel was punctual and walked me through what he was going to do. We had cleaners that were just finishing up in our newly renovated house and he graciously worked around them. Very satisfied with the service and the attitude.

    Upholstery cleaning

    I have used 416-so-clean for both carpet and upholstery cleaning and have recommended them to my friends. Because this job was not large (2 chairs and a couch) I worried about companies not wanting to do it as I had had this experience before. Not so with 416 - So -Clean. They gave me an estimate over the phone and set up the appointment efficiently, sending me an email the day before for a reminder. They phoned about half an hour before arriving and were on time. Because there were two doing the job it was done in an hour and the rest of my day was free. They have always been polite, and honest about what they can do.

    Great Customer Service

    Terrific customer service from start to finish. The team came at tje scheduled time, calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. Both Dalton and Rafael were very efficient and polite-incredibly customer focused. They managed my expectations by informing me ahead of time of some of the potential problem areas (stains that may potentially not come out etc). The area rug and furniture turned out great.

    Carpet cleaning

    Matt and Justen arrived promptly and made careful preparations to clean stair carpet and room below. Both were very dirty with lots of stains. They promised to do their best which they certainly did, working very hard. I just couldn't believe the final result which was almost like new carpet. I have no need to replace it now. I highly recommend 416-So-Clean and these 2 diligent workers.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Two workers showed up on time and explained the process. They were honest in telling us that some of the heavy stains while would get lighter will not come out completely. They were very professional, putting on shoe covers and giving out shoe covers for my family. They moved the sofa and lovechair and coffee table as I requested. They cleaned the small rugs pieces I had around the house and were very accommodating to my senior parents. Job was well done we were happy with the results. I would recommend them and will use them again.

    Duct cleaning

    This is our 2nd time using 416-so-clean. The first time was 2 years ago to clean our carpets and our dining room chairs and their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. There was never a doubt that we would use them again. This year we contacted them to clean our ducts after our house was renovated. The 2 technicians who came were extremely thorough and explained in detail what they would be doing. Afterwards we did contact Adel as there was a minor issue with leaving the furnace door open. Adel was beyond responsive and apologetic for what was a fairly minor issue. His customer focused responsiveness was outstanding. You will never find a better and more honest company to clean your ducts or furniture.

    Duct clean

    These guys were very quick to reply to us and gave us a price that was better then most of the competition. the following week they came out as promised to do the cleaning. They worked carefully and with much detail. After everything they gave us a quick walk around and explanation of what was done. We are very happy with their services

    Upholstery cleaning and carpets

    This was the third time I have used this company and I continue to be very pleased with the qualify of the service and the care that the team takes in cleaning. They have always been on time, really easy to work with, take the time to explain what they are doing, how they will do it etc. and they do a great job. This time I had a large sectional couch cleaned as well as the basement carpet and two sets of stairs in my new rental and they did an excellent job as always.

    Carpet and upholstery cleaning

    This is the second time I have used this company because they are professional, on time, courteous and the results are great! I have dogs and a pool, so my sofa,carpet, and chairs tend to smell after a hot summer. 416-soclean removes all the dog smell and has my furniture looking and smelling like new again.     Vent and Dryer duct cleaning

    The worker showed up on time and explained the process of the work that would be completed. They were very thorough, professional and fast. Also it was worth the extra few dollars to get my dryer vent cleaned. Highly recommended!
