    Great carpet and upholstery cleaning service

    I was very pleased with the couteous, careful and meticulous cleaning of my carpets and fine furniture. The communication was excellent and the work done promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

    Great Job!

    We had a white lounge suite, a white shag rug and a very costly edge to edge wool carpet in our master bedroom done yesterday. All came out magnificently and look as good as new. The team were polite, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We are delighted and recommend 416 SO CLEAN wholeheartedly.

    Carpet cleaning and duct cleaning

    I was looking for a duct cleaning and carpet cleaning company on very short notice for an investment property. I tried some companies rated high and they either couldn't fit me in or never returned a call or email. 416-so-clean answered and were able to fit me in on very short notice. Both crews did a fantastic job, took their time and it made a very noticeable difference. I have peace of mind knowing my tenant has a place that is up to my own standards of cleanliness, thanks to 416-so-clean!

    Carpet cleaning in a townhouse

    I was really nervous about getting my carpets cleaned. They were in bad shape after years of usage by tenants, but I couldn't afford to get carpets replaced! I was clearly explained that not all stains would come off but they would do their best. And they did! The carpets look so, SO much better now and the next tenants I am sure will be happy. It was very comforting to turn to this professional company to ease my burdens as a Landlord. Thank you!

    Mattress Cleaning for Warranty Return

    We had to have our mattress cleaned before it would be accepted for a warranty return so we contacted 416-So-Clean. Adel was professional, knowledgeable, and assured us that his company had done this before and that the result would be acceptable for the warranty return. Matthew arrived to do the cleaning and he was equally professional, courteous, and thorough. The mattress turned out great and everything went well with the warranty return ... just as Adel said it would.

    Upholstery and carpet cleaning

    The staff at So-Clean were very helpful in advising us on their services, speedy in scheduling them, and very courteous, tidy, and thorough in providing them! Our upholstery has not looked this good in decades, and our area carpet looks brand new! It did not take long at all, and the work has refreshed the whole level these items are on. Very reasonable rate, too!

    carpet and furniture cleaning

    Matthew arrived on time (early actually!) He explained what he would do and then went straight to work. He cleaned our carpeted stairs, a sofa and an area rug. I was pleased with the results.

    Duct cleaning

    Staff, Dino and Shane, were punctual, clean and courteous. Explained to me what they would do, advice me to secure my cats who often get frightened by the noise, then worked fast to clean one room so I could put them back in. I have not been able to use the basement since renovations because of residual dust (allergic asthma), but felt the air quality improve immediately after they finished cleaning the ducts and am now sitting in it enjoying my basement for the first time since renovations without coughing. I have taken to coming into the basement with a mask on. I would use them again.

    CLEANED RUGS AND NOW THEY LOOK LIKE NEW AGAIN!

    With two dogs and cat it was the time to have clean our carpets and rugs. After hiring some of the best on Homestars we knew who to call when the time came to clean the rugs. Setting up the cleaning with 416-so-clean was easy and affordable. they delivered exactly what was promised and we are happy with the outcome. Thank you again 416-so-clean. Pete and Emily

    Air duct cleaning

    We recently had washroom renovations done. During the reno, I noticed a lot of debris, including small pieces of cut tiles, falling into the vents. They had put plastic bags in the vents to catch the debris but many fell through. So naturally I decided to get the air ducts cleaned. The company I used a few years ago wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I searched homestars and found these guys. And I'm very happy I did. Shane arrived at the scheduled appointment right on time and was very courteous and friendly. He explained what he needed to do and was puzzled (as I was) why there weren't holes on some of the ducts near the furnace. It appears some ducts were never cleaned by the previous company. Anyway, Shane proceeded to clean the ducts and was soon joined by Rafael (apologies if name is spelled incorrectly). These guys were very respectful of my property and did their jobs very well. I'm glad I decided to clean the ducts, as there were much to be cleaned. Thanks for your help guys. I'll certainly use them again in a few years.
