    Condo Carpet Cleaning

    I am a repeat customer of 416-SO-Clean for carpet cleaning of my condo. Their service is really extremely professional. I booked an appointment with them on the phone and their technician came on the appointed date and time. This was a move out cleaning so the condo was empty. There were some stains made by bed posts on the carpet that the technician said would not go and took pictures of them. He cleaned the carpet within 45 minutes and it began looking like new except for the stained areas. I was again very pleased by the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

    416 So Clean is wonderful!

    Matthew and his colleague have worked here twice, each time cleaning a sofa or loveseat or chair. The same men were here both times and did SUCH an amazing job! They were both friendly and professional and each piece that they cleaned looked beautiful. A friend - who is a smoker - gave us a beautiful couch worth a good deal of money. The guys completely removed any trace of odour and removed a few stains; the couch looks brand new! Thank you again for taking such good care of us. We will continue to recommend you highly.

    Carpet and duct cleaning

    We are so happy with everything! They were very professional, courteous and on time! We were very surprised that the carpets didn't even take a day to dry. And my wife was very appreciative that Dino was very thorough and explained everything (since our system was pretty new) while he was cleaning out the duct.

    Carpet cleaning and duct cleaning

    I used the company's website to get a very accurate estimate for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when the company coordinates the visit between the carpet and duct cleaning teams without me asking (duct first, then carpet) so the whole house is left very clean and fresh. The job is done professionally and the crew is very courteous. I have been recommending them to all my neighbors ever since.

    1500 sq. ft. office of wall to wall carpeting was cleaned

    Two very personable young men showed up on time to do the job. After introductions they got right down to the job itself - vacuuming first them cleaning the carpeting. Once they were finished they made a point of asking us if we were happy with the job and we were. They said goodbye and were gone as fast as they arrived.     Upholstery Cleaning

    It had been almost a year since I had our couches cleaned, and with 3 young kids, they take a lot of abuse. I loved the online quoting request service and their customer service when working out the quote details was excellent. They showed up when they were scheduled and did a great job. Were fast too! Everything was explained before the job started and he asked me if there were any problem areas he needed to know about. He also gave me some tips on keeping our light coloured furniture clean longer. I very much enjoyed the experience, especially compared to the last company I used where their quote was no where close to the price they ended up charging me, they took longer, and made a mess of my floors. I had to mop up afterwards but the gentleman that came from 416-so-clean wiped up the excess liquids that ended up on the floor. No extra work for me! I’d definitely recommend them and have them back when the furniture starts to look like it could use a wash again.

    Carpet & Upolstry Cleaning

    Like many people I have a dog who does cause cleaning problems. My living room couch was really dirty from the dog and Matthew got it looking brand new as if it had been just delivered from the store. My hall carpeting is a light colour and my four footed friend was sick on it. The acid from his stomach locked in as I did not notice the problem until it was dry. I could not loosen it up at all using soda water and so called in experts believing full well that I would have to purchase a new carpet. Matthew got it looking like nothing had happened. I am so grateful to 416-SO-CLEAN for again coming to my rescue. They also cleaned 2 chairs and more carpet.

    Residential Duct Cleaning

    These guys are great. The company owner, Adel, offers terrific customer service in all aspects and Dino executes a great on-site duct cleaning service. They are efficient and thorough on-site. Small details don't go unnoticed such as the staff conscientiously placing a large mat in the entrance to protect floors from their equipment and everyone wearing coverings over their shoes so as to not introduce dirt into an otherwise clean house. Would definitely recommend this professional company.

    Very friendly from the time of scheduling an appointment all the way to getting the work done. When they came in, they explain what they did and any challenges they encountered.

    Mold remediation clean up

    After mold remediation in my home I needed a company to clean the ducts and upholstery. I turned to homestars. I found 416 so clean who could do all the work I needed. I love their online quotes and scheduling,. They came when scheduled and the cost was the same as quoted. Everything was explained before and after to my complete satisfaction. After I have the reconstruction done I will have 416 in to clean th ducts again. P.S. They did a much better duct cleaning job than other companies I used in the past. Thank you Mitre and Mathew
