    Carpet cleaning, 2 rooms, 2 staircases, 2 halls

    Just had our house carpets cleaned and WOW, they look amazing. What a great fast service. Not only did they schedule my request in 2 business days, they were even flexible to arrive in the evening when I was home. Very professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, clean and hard working crew. Our carpets were dry in 5-8 hrs. I will never rent a retail carpet shampoo machine again! :o) Thank you Adel, Daltony & Rafiel.

    Duct Cleaning

    I contacted 416-SoClean after reading the reviews on Homestars. I went on their website and requested an appointment online. I received a very quick response and they booked me for an appointment right away. They followed up with an email confirmation and instructions. On the day of the appointment, Dino and Hugo arrived right on time. They explained the process and answered all our questions as this was the first time we had ducts cleaned. They were very quick and professional in providing the service.

    2 Rugs and 2 sets of stairwells

    Mathew and Rafael did a great job cleaning our carpets and stairs. We originally ordered the cleaning of our white linen sofa and love seat as well. But they cleaned just one cushion for us to show what the result would be and then we all decided that it was not worth the expense and it was removed from our invoice. Honest and professional, all that we wanted.

    Upholstery and carpet cleaning

    I recently used Mathew and Kaayla to clean my carpets and upholstery in our house. When I first contated them I spoke to Kaayla who was very helpful and friendly. We found a way to get my cleaning done for almost the same price as the previous year. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in record time. I was able to do my work while they were cleaning and they left the house smelling fresh and clean. Mathew took me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was pleased. And some recent stains in the basement rug were removed amazingly. I will continue to use them for my cleaning needs. I find them friendly, careful, easy to work with and they do a great job. The extra bonus is that they make a $10 contribution to a charity of your choice which is giving back!

    Total Duct Cleaning After Major Renovation

    I called this company after reading its rave reviews and was not disappointed. From my initial contact with Adel, I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely personable, answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in my concerns. Dino and Hugo arrived just two days ago to do the job which entailed alot since we had just built our basement and had our bathroom remodelled. The dust was overwhelming. Dino explained everything before they started the job so I was aware of everything they would be doing. They were exceptionally professional, polite, neat and clean. They had to open and reseal vents and did a great job at that. They moved furniture around to ensure nothing was left out. The vents, pipes, etc were disinfected and cleaned thoroughly. Everything was cleaned from top to bottom in our home. Before they had arrived I had been suffering from major sore throats for over a month due to the dust in the air and two days later, I am sore throat free! They were on time, early in fact and called to ensure I was home and ask if they could arrive before our scheduled time. I am constantly receiving phone calls from people offering dust cleaning services and would never think of using an "unknown" company with no references. I have already referred this remarkable and honest company to two of my friends and would do so for anyone looking for a reputable firm. JOB WELL DONE!

    Carpet cleaned and disinfected

    This is the second year we have used 416-so-clean. Dalton and his crew came on time and performed the work in a professional, friendly and thorough manner. I really can't say enought good things about this company. From the booking to the cleaning it was a great experience. They are simply the best. I will be using them again and would recommend their services to any one needing their carpets cleaned.

    Dining room chair and carpet cleaning

    We had eight heavily soiled dining room chairs and two area rugs that needed cleaning. The 416-SO-CLEAN staff called 30 min ahead of their arrival and were on time for the scheduled appointment. Upon assessing our cotton chairs, Denton was very up front that the stains would most likely not come out, he tried cleaning four anyway, the stains remained, so they didn't charge me. The rugs look great.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very Professional Workers, Great Job and on time. I scheduled an appointment they showed up on time and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do and delivered on it.

    Carpet and Duct cleaning

    I called in for duct and carpet cleaning for my rental unit (completely messed up by the tenants). Adel was great he made sure he had all the information on the type of furnace prior to sending the crews over, explained how the work was going to be completed. The schedules were well coordinated. Dino and Hugo came in for duct cleaning, just because they were 15 minutes early they didn’t simply pop by, they called to make sure I was ok with it, came in with a smile, very professional and courteous, they explained everything in detail, explained why they were using the particular method, asked me to check things out and made sure they left the place intact and clean. Dalton came in for carpet cleaning, once again very professional and courteous, he did a quick inspection of the carpet told me exactly what he was doing, just because I was curious he even explained the entire process to me, he was fantastic got all the stains out of this carpet (boy had the tenants done a number on it or what). The cost was exactly what was quoted to me, no surprises. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will definitely use their services going forward no doubt about it. 10 out of 10.

    Duct and carpet cleaning

    I was pleased when I was notified that they would arrive a half-hour later than the 11:00 appointment. When they arrived, they were professional and courteous. They explained how everything would be done and how long it would take. Thank-you to Rafael and Daltony, you did a great job! I appreciate the extra care given to the minor repairs to the ductwork. I would highly recommend your company. So, again, a huge thank-you!
