    In-home carpet cleaning

    Very glad I followed the positive reviews and hired 416-SO-CLEAN. Not only did they make our light carpet look new again, but they were unbelievably friendly/respectful in the process. Great guys to have into our home. Would absolutely use them again.

    rugs & ducts cleaned

    I had 416-So-Clean clean the basement & 2 bedroom rugs & my ducts before I moved in. After renovations it was dusty & dirty. They were on time, explained everything they were going to do & were in & out in the estimated time. The job was very efficient & well done.They went around with me to explain what they had done & for me to check the work. The guys left a few pair of booties if I needed to enter the rooms wíth the wet rugs. All three guys were friendly as well as doing a great job. I would use this company & have recommend them to friends & family. Thanks again guys.

    Carpet Cleaning

    This company has done an outstanding job in trying to satisfy my needs in cleaning my expensive wool carpet which was soiled by my dog. Special mention to Adel who has been great with customer service. I would recommend this company definitely use them again.

    Carpet cleaning

    This company cleaned my dirty white area rug. They picked it up and brought it back. It looks brand new. I love this company and would refer them to anyone!

    Carpet cleaning

    So I saw the 416 So Clean truck on the QEW and took a photo as I needed a carpet clean in our house which has pets. From the first minute I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the scheduling was perfect with both the original appointment and the follow up confirmation. From the minute the team arrived they did a stellar job. Adel, Mathew and Rafael all were very considerate and delivered the job beyond our expectations. Our carpets have never looked so good and frankly I thought they were beyond help! Clearly this is a different level of cleaning. I would unconditionally recommend these guys.

    Silk rug and carpet cleaning

    Matthew was wonderful -- professional and thorough. The guys were in and out quickly and delivered my previously clean silk rug, laid it out for me to inspect and then moved it into the room I wanted it in. Couldn't be happier. No odour and very quickly done.

    Carpet steamclean for basement unit

    Professional and friendly agents arrived on time and introduced themselves, assessed the area to be serviced, no up-selling or changing from original quote. Brought in protective equipment so no damage to our home. Wireless POS system was available so made payment easy. Great job guys! Would definitely recommend their service!

    Rug cleaning

    This is the second time I have had this company come and clean my carpets. From the initial contact and arrangements for service to Matthew who actually did the work and ending with the fabulous result I couldn't be more pleased.... again. I have told all my neighbours who saw the van outside my house to call, they will be more than pleased with the results. Thanks again!

    Duct Cleaning

    Efficient, professional, considerate, excellent service, great communication and I can keep going. I would recommend Adel and his team to everyone that needs a duct cleaning service. They took great care of my house so that nothing is damaged during the cleaning process which impressed me the most. Thank you and see you guys again in a few years!!

    Rug cleaning

    I am so impressed with Adel and the team at 416-SO-CLEAN. They picked up my rug on the same day I called, offered an educated opinion on what should be done to clean it, and returned it within the timeframe specified. They moved my furniture to access the rug, and moved it all back perfectly. They were accessible by phone and email, and always replied quickly, even after hours. Moreover, when I called them to ask if they could possibly come back and reposition the rug (no fault of theirs), they were gracious and obliging. I would not hesitate to recommend 416-SO-CLEAN to anyone, and will be using them again in the future. Customer service like this is not easy to come by.
