    Front steps look great now

    From the first point of contact to the check in after the job was complete, AAMasonry have been amazing to deal with. The price quoted was very competitive and well worth the money. The work by Kris and Benny was spectacular. They worked quickly and despite having to pause for a couple days due to a sudden major rainstorm, they returned exactly when they said they would to complete the job. Highly recommend AA Masonry.

    Backyard Interlock

    Their _experience_ is evident the moment you call them. They'll answer questions before you have the chance to think of them. They can point you in the right direction for materials, patterns and styles. They know how and who to talk to in the municipality for permits. The installing team fully coordinates with minimal chatter, but they'll communicate with you clearly, down to preferences and details, giving hints and suggestions along the way. Every person I've interacted with in this company -- sales consultant, accounts payable, CSR, coordinator, installers -- clearly do what they do with energy, thoughtfulness and personality, no exceptions. Price is fair, and the quality of work is as expected. But the best part about this company is the way they treat you.

    Exterior Brick Wall

    Most of my home is stucco except for 25 feet of the west facing wall. This brick is at least 80 years and was never maintained by previous owners. The exterior layer of a double brick wall had severe spalling, and areas of missing brick and mortar. A&A came up with a solution that involved parging, tuckpointing, replacing 120 of the worst bricks and then using liquid stone in the colour of my choice to seal the entire wall. They were the only company to offer a choice between stucco and liquid stone. Now about the company: Marko came out to assess the scope of work and provide a quote. Marko was very thoughtful and took great care to address concerns, given the challenges presented by very difficult neighbours and only 26 inches of space between homes. The quote was accurate - no surprises. Eduardo and his crew - William, Fernando, Jesus, were a very friendly, hard-working team who took great care to protect the working space and cleaned up at the end of every day. The quality of their workmanship was top notch. A&A offers other services both in GTA and Hamilton and I've already booked another job with them scheduled for later in September 2023. I highly recommend A&A.

    Masonry repairs

    We needed masonry repairs on our late 1920's home. An old milk box was letting moisture into our wall, the original kitchen hood vent needed removal and bricks above the patio door were sagging. Jonathan contacted me prior to the date scheduled and arrived with the crew (3) as planned on the day. Jonathan and the team were professional, efficient and answered all of my questions on the work being done. They matched bricks to fill the holes and mortar better than we thought possible on an old house. They protected the area (mutual drive) and cleaned up after the work was complete. A&A is not the cheapest - but the quality is solid. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend them.

    Brick porch repair

    We needed our aging and crumbling bricks on our porch repaired so we called A&A Masonry and we had Tera come to do our bricks and mortar repaired where needed. She was pleasant and personable and very skilled at her trade. She did a very thorough and neat job. Then a week or so later we had Thomas come to apply the water repellent epoxy seal to finish the job. He is a good natured individual and took meticulous care. End result? We are happy with the work and definitely recommend the company. We felt that no job was too small for them. Thank you guys!

    Basement leaks fixed!

    Quality work, quick response, efficient, friendly and courteous crew, respectful and cleaned up the site afterwards. All you can ask for.

    Foundation Cracks

    A & A Masonry repaired my house foundation cracks. William, Alex and their crew did an excellent and thorough job. They were professional, pleasant, timely and left the area around their work so clean. Nigel, who inspected our foundation, was very thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was a pleasure to work with. It was nice to do business with a company that follows through on their promises, returns your calls and wants to please it's customers. Thanks to the entire crew at A & A Masonry.

    Balcony Epoxy

    I used A and A Masonry last year for my front stairs, walkway and backyard patio. They did such an excellent job last year that I am now a repeat customer this year. I contacted Greg as I wanted to update my balcony. It was 40 year old concrete and the previous owners spilled nail polish on it. Greg suggested doing an epoxy over the concrete. He showed some colour samples and I signed on the dotted line! The epoxy process takes several days as there are many layers but it is so worth the wait! My balcony looks new and refreshed and I am very pleased with the work. Thomas and his crew are amazing and great to deal with as well. Kudos to everyone for another job well done!
