Very happy with our new roof. We have gotten many compliments and neighbours asking who did it. Took a little longer than quoted, but couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would recommend to everyone.

It was getting to the time when our shingle roof (original builder) needed replacement. We started to research our roofing options and we agreed that a metal roof was the best fit for our home in Markham. Although the cost was significantly more than shingles; this was outweighed by the durability, warranty, and look of a metal roof. We were pleased to see a variety of styles and colours that we could choose from. We looked at three different companies and chose London Eco Roof. It was competitively priced and our sales consultant took the time to explain the product, installation process and the company to us. We did not feel rushed and all of our questions were answered. Our sales associate, Marek did an excellent job. We were told to expect installation to take place in four to six weeks and it would take up to four days. Unfortunately, our installation took longer and was scheduled closer to eight weeks later (well into the end of autumn). When our materials were delivered to our house, the waterproof membrane was not delivered which resulted in the installation crew unable to begin work. A subsequent follow up delivery was not done; but our crew had extra material which allowed them to start some days later. All told, installation took about 2 1/2 days but this was spread out over several weeks due to bouts of heavy snow and rainfall. Our frustration would have been easily assuaged if there was better communication with us in order to explain the delays and to advise what to expect, such as when the crew would return to continue work. We had to regularly call to find out what was going on and to ask for updates. We fully understood that weather cannot be predicted and the safety of the installation crew was key. The one suggestion would be better communication with the customer throughout the installation process. As for the installation crew, they were excellent. They were professional and understanding. Andrew and the rest of the install crew are a real credit to London Eco Roof. They ensured that there was minimal mess in the work area and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. We appreciated the pictures they showed us from their cell phone which outlined the installation (ridge vent install and gutters were clean). When the installation was finished, we were very satisfied with our choice in London Eco Roof. Our sales associate came by during the installation process which we really appreciated. He even offered to have one of their inspectors come out to check everything out before we paid the balance. Our inspector, Tony, was great at looking at what he could (due to another snow storm), and assuring us that everything was in order. The style and colour was exactly as we imagined it. It complements our house and adds real curb appeal. Not having to worry about wind blowing off shingles or rain and snow makes it all worthwhile. We would definitely recommend London Eco Roof.

When it was time to have our roof done we knew we wanted to avoid asphalt shingles and spoke to several metal roofing companies and decided to go with London Eco Metal Manufacturing for several reasons such as: Energy saving technology, company reputation, warranty and competitive pricing. We are very happy with the way the finished product looks and functions. We understand that our roof is more difficult than an average roof and give the installation crew credit for completing the job within a week. However we did have issues with lack of communication trying to have some of our concerns addressed at the end of the installation. After a month all issues were resolved and we are pleased with our investment.

We were tired of changing our shingle roof way too many times. In our retirement we wanted a permanent solution soo we wouldn't have to worry about leaks or wind blown shingles. After an in depth online search we have met with a local representative, here in Chatham. Andrew was able to answer all our questions and possible concerns about metal roofs. He had a great sense of humour, at the same time being professional and attentive to our needs. Previously, we had some bad experience with home renovation projects where people would not follow promised timelines. I was really concerned about that. However, London Eco-Metal came through without a hitch. Jacob's installation crew was very professional, worked hard and consistent and cleaned up everything. We are very happy and look forward to enjoy our beatiful roof for many years to come.

Our roof was done in a professional manner by London Eco metal. We did our research and when we approached eco- metal they were ready to work on our high roof (three story home). The selection or materials and colours were wonderful. The workers were efficient and cleaned the site well, the material The roof is durable and from afar it is well quality materials. Many neighbours have stopped to ask, and im at peace of mind knowing I have a quality roof above my head!

Great service and quality job. The sales team was excellent. When the team came out to do the job they were friendly, on time and professional. I would definitely recommend.

The installers were efficient and respectful. They made sure they weren't blocking me in the driveway if I hadn't left for work yet. Between drop-off of materials, and removal of excess material, everything was done in 1 week.

We were referred to London-Eco by a friend and it was a great choice. The roof looks amazing! After the materials were dropped off, I didn't know when they were coming. But when they came, they worked quickly. Our sales rep was great throughout the metal roofing process. He was professional and answered all my questions. 9+ stars

Replacing our roof this time around we knew we did not want to go with asphalt again and end up with another roofing job in 15 years. We got several quotes and selected Eco-Metal Manufacturing based on experience, quality and cost. Of importance to us was also a company that will be around for the long-haul. The sales representative was professional, attentive to our needs and worked with our schedule to make appointments. The work crew was excellent and also professional. They started ahead of the schedule we were given and even though the weather did not cooperate, completed the work in good time. We are extremely happy with our new metal roof. It looks great and knowing we will not have to replace this roof again for at least another 55 years is of great comfort.

My family had a great experience with London Eco-Metal. We are impressed and happy with how our roof turned out. The workers were very professional, efficient, and polite. Our roof was finished quickly in about a week. On top of all that, the workers also let us keep the leftover metal roof pieces without any additional cost because my family wanted to install a metal roof on our shed. It was very generous of them :) I highly recommend London Eco-Metal for any homeowner who is interested in installing a metal roof!
