The workers were friendly and professional, the job was completed in a timely fashion and looks great. Our yard was also kept neat and tidy, we don't have any complaints about the work.

This experience was as advertised! From the salesman, Dave, to the installation crew, everyone was professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the roof. We are still in the middle of our construction process. Once the siding is complete, we plan to have Eco Metal install the facia and soffit.

We had a lovely metal roof installed on our home last fall by London Eco-metal Roofing. Sadly, it didn't even last a year, and despite multiple attempts to work with the company to come repair it, it is still not repaired and who knows if they will ever honour their warranty? Our home has a steep pitch, so when we had the sales guy in, we made sure we followed his recommendation to have all of the required snow guards installed. Unfortunately, a chunk of ice approximately the size of our minivan's wheel slid off the upper portion of the roof onto the lower portion and then onto our minivan that was parked below. The lower portion of the roof now has a visible dent in it, and the whole hood of the minivan had to be replaced. We don't usually park the car there; it's where our son plays hockey. Lucky he was out that day. Since this is frankly an unsafe situation, we called the company and asked if they would please come repair the roof and install some additional snow guards. It took 12 calls before we were able to speak with someone who could help us. That person sent someone to our house who kindly told us it would be repaired. We haven't heard from the company since, and it's been months now. We sent a follow up e-mail asking when this might be resolved. No response. That was weeks ago. We feel the company has not honoured its warranty at all, and we feel very disappointed. The warranty is really only as good as the service the company offers. We should have gone with another company. As installed currently, this is an unsafe consumer product. I cannot let my kids or the neighbours' kids play outside near our house this winter. It's just not safe.

We saw a metal roof we loved and left a note at the house asking who did their roof and if they were happy with the company and roof. They called us with only praise for this company and we can also say nothing but wonderful things about them. The installers were awesome and answered any questions we had. I required a new roof after having my old roof fall apart. This company was very diligent as my new roof was done in less then a week. There were several delays due to weather, but all is well once the weather settled. The installers were polite, and did the roof very nicely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new roof!

We signed our contact July 13 and our roof installation was complete by July 24. The on-site contractors were very professional. They left our yard clean and everything picked up. We've had lots of compliments on our new roof. A great choice.

We had a quote within a few days of first contact. We decided to go ahead and the roofer was there shortly after. He has done an outstanding job, the roof is amazing. Happy with the London Eco-Metal from start to finish. Would highly recommend them. Very professional.

install is going into its third week and finish is shotty. It would appear the installers have little to no knowledge of installation, i would expect the company to ensure training and quality of workmanship from their contractors. Attached are examples of the workmanship , exposed wood, open faces, hand bent edges so on..... Contacted sales person who spoke to his boss and was to be at the house for 10 am with installer, was a no show. Several months later but owner has been in communication and is making efforts to resolve the issues, a step in the right direction.
