Second time client left disappointed. In 2012 London Eco Roof replaced my home's roof which was a successful and satisfying project. In 2023, I requested a quote to replace a garage roof however the salesperson left me in limbo. I called back again with an understanding that I would receive a site visit and quote. No visit, no call was the result. Perhaps the garage was too small a project but at least have the curtesy of being honest rather than leaving a former client in limbo. Amazing how one salesperson can ruin a previously happy customer relationship. Needless to say, I'm no longer recommending London Eco Roof. Interesting Update to the review The Owner of London Eco Metal tracked me down to discuss my review. He demonstrated a real concern for his clients. While things didn't work out on this job I have to give him high marks for his follow up and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would give London Eco Metal another opportunity on future work.
