    Good quality materials

    Very happy with the quality of this product. However the install could have gone smoother. Installers were some what unreliable. Sometimes were no shows and no phone call. Had to educate them about the importance of adequate venting. They needed to be supervised. London eco also sent a guy from London to help, Eric. He was very professional and worked very hard. Good guy.

    Roof

    Very friendly and good price. It took a little longer than expected but the work was very professionally done. I would definitely recommend. My roof looks amazing now and definitely makes me stand out from the crowd now.

    Roof renovation

    After decided going with London Eco-Roof, we received great service. First they came to the house with a variety of sample colors to choose from and explained in detail of how the roof is built, with all the benefits it brings. When they started the work, they were done within a few days, no issues, very professional.

    house and shed roofing

    Roof Installation.

    Change our home's roof to be metal roofing with longer 55 years warranty.. The quality of material and work were good, the time frame of the project was longer than expected.

    Horrible customer service

    These guys are the absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. They were quick to take a deposit and make multiple promises on the timeline for installation.... and now that it's a month past the installation date (with no installation even started), all I hear are crickets. The don't return phone calls, emails, facebook messages... nothing. Everybody that has the ability to "do something" is out of the office when you do call. Got a hold of one guy that said I'd get my deposit back..... probably just to get me off the phone. (Hasn't been redunded yet) Call anyone else to do your roof.

    roof

    My family are completely satisfied and happy with our new roof, bill on cooling and heating is less than what I am expected, the color is so nice, the look is so great. How many people already asked what is the name and phone number of the company who made my roof. I don't have any complain with John Drapala who gave me lots of ideas what color and design I should choose. Thanks John, I extremely recommend this company

    New Steel Roof

    We had Eco-Roof Manufacturing install a new steel roof in September 2017 to replace our 8 year old shingle roof. The old roof shingles were constantly blowing off every time we had a strong gusty wind and we were looking for a new roof that would last many years. We liked the fact that Eco-Roof was a local company located in London and they had very good reviews. Once we visited their showroom and extensively researched their product including their 55 year warranty we decided to have them do the roof. Although we paid about 1 1/2 times the cost of a new shingle roof we feel the additional cost is worth the investment in our home. The only negative comment would be that the agreement we had with our salesman regarding the installation crew was not followed as we wanted a specific crew to do the installation and they sent a different crew. However after the crew arrived and we saw their attention to detail, we were quite satisfied with the installation. It has only been a couple months since the roof was installed so we will have to see if it stands the test of time.

    New Metal Roof

    Sales rep Kham was very nice and informative. Had to wait longer than expected for install due to weather and back log of jobs they had to do. Install team lead by Justin were great. Cleaned up after themselves and the new roof looks great. They have a good warranty for the roof as well. Would definitely recommend.

    Steel Roofing

    Workmanship is excellent, they even finished my hot tub room roof to look like our main house. There was a problem but it was quickly and professionally dealt with. Looks great and we are glad we don't have to ever worry about the roof in our lifetime.
