Great experience. I reached out to London Eco-Roof, was connected with sales rep Kham the same day, I booked a convenient time for a consultation - where everything was thoroughly explained. I was told it would be a 3-4 month wait for installation, but it ended up only taking one month which was great. We had a bit of trouble with the material delivery, as the driver was not careful where to drop everything. After a few phone calls, I was able to reach someone at London Eco to ensure the items were moved accordingly. The installation crew was beyond fantastic - they showed up on time, worked hard through the days they were there, and were professional and polite. The entire install took two complete days (approx. 12-14 hours per day) and at the end, the crew cleaned up so neatly, you wouldn't know they were there! I phoned in about the leftover skid and materials and they were picked up the next day. I received many compliments from our neighbours and and am thrilled with moving forward with getting a metal roof. It truly puts a finishing touch on the house! I was concerned about the sound of the rain - and while it is a bit louder (by the window) it's actually pretty quiet. It's just a lighter pitch sounding rain. As for insulation, I noticed a substantial difference this summer, our upper level did not feel as hot which helped keep our air conditioning lower as well. So far I am thrilled, and will be recommending London Eco to friends and family for sure.

When we had a quote they told us that the strapping would be picked up the day after the job was completed and I had to call over a week later just to get the strapping skid picked up. I called the salesman at least 3 times and told him I had some concerns about the job and he told me that he would have the installer call me. It's now 3 weeks after the job has been done and I'm still waiting for a call. This company made all kinds of statements to get the job and now that I have paid for it in full I can't seem to get anywhere with them.

Waited nearly a year after installation to post this review to get an idea of how the roof held up over the intervening seasons. We chose the Bingo product in Blue Grey. The installation team was fantastic. They answered our questions and were very meticulous with their work. The prep work was lengthy but the final result is solid. With the membrane and the strapping providing a measure of insulation as well as separation from the roof panels, we generally do not hear rain falling on the roof. When it's a massive downpour it sounds like rain falling on a regular asphalt roof. The rain wicks off the roof efficiently. The roof held up to our winter with the snow either blowing off or sliding off the roof. Will note that the noise sliding snow makes is a bit disconcerting if you don't realize what it is. Also, given the pitch of our roof we realized that two rows of snow guards isn't enough to slow/break up the snow. We are looking to add another three rows before this coming winter. This past spring we had some days with high winds. The roof held up and we were very happy that we didn't again have to do roofing repairs to replace blown off shingles. We are very satisfied and strongly recommend this product and this company.

Agent told me there are going to install with in 6-8 weeks... But took around 3-4 months .. But worker are great neat .. After finishing the work workers told London Eco roofing will come pick up left overs ( woods) still sitting on my drive way over 1 week now called the company 2 wise

Very Satisfied, got priority due to existing leaking problems and had the job done in four days. For those concerned about warranty, received mine in just over a month without any prodding.

I was very pleased with the installation of our new roof, the guys who installed the roof were very pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were there when they said they would be there and all materials to do the roof were shipped on time so there was no delay in starting the project. Any issues I did have were addressed and taken care of. Overall I would recommend this company to family and friends. Was very pleased from start to finish.

We had a very good experience with London eco roof, from the time we met the salesman to the competition of the installation. During the installation if we had any questions or concerns we always got it addressed quickly. They kept the job sight clean and the job was done in a timely manner. The salesman was also quick to address any concerns that came up, and was very easy to work with. We highly recommend London Eco Roof to any one who wants a project to run smoothly. The roof looks great and we have gotten lots of complements.

A few months ago,we realized we needed to get a new roof. The salesman that called on us was Brian and he was very honest and professional. Four wonderful workers came and did an awesome job, cleaning up after themselves as they went. The only thing they forgot was to refasten a wire for our Internet service and they will be coming back to correct that. I would recommend Eco-Metal to anyone that is looking for a new roof. Their service was exceptional and they did exactly as they promised us.

The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and the job was done in a timely manner. Work men were very knowledgeable and respectful. Thanks for a job well done.

Very pleased with the workmanship and efficiency to complete the project. The clean up around our home after the installation was perfect. We would most definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
