We had decided to go with a metal roof for the same reason others have done. We no longer wanted to feel we were throwing money away by replacing with shingles over and over again as they do not seem to hold up to lasting as long as they are supposed to. We started looking around at different metal roofing companies and got different quotes and saw the product they offered. We were most impressed by London Eco-Roof Manufacturing regarding their roofing product, what they offered for installation, and their price quote. We then signed our contract on Sept. 15, 2015 with the understanding installation would be in 8-10 weeks, which would bring us to mid or end of November 2015. We were also told by the roofing consultant we dealt with to call him as we got closer to the time of installation and he should be able to give us more info on exact date for installation. As the time got closer we did this but didn't get more exact details. We were left waiting and then having to continue to make the phone calls to find out more on installation date. It was also getting on into December at this point and still no set date to get our roof installed. Finally, on December 12, 2015 after calling London Eco-Roof Manufacturing office and speaking to Derek we were given a possible installation date of December 16, 2015. He did call us back and was able to confirm that in fact the installation date would be on December 15, 2015. The roofing crew were there on the on schedule and were awesome!!!!!!!!!!! We were extremely impressed with the work the crew did. The crew were great to deal with. It took the crew 2 days to complete the job. They cleaned up each night before they left the job site. Again, the men we had working on installing our roof were fantastic!!!!!!!!! We would highly recommend them for installing a roof. Our roofing consultant, Mike, then was out about 3 days later to check the job site with us and collect the remaining balance we owed of payment of the roof. We asked about the warranty package and were told we would receive it in the mail. We finally received our warranty package in April 2016 and this was after we again had to call the London Eco-Roof Manufacturing office to inquire as to why we had not received our warranty yet. Overall, we are pleased at this point with the installation crew and what we have seen of the product so far on our roof. However, we are not all that pleased with customer service provided by the actual company, London Eco-Roof Manufacturing Inc. It should not have taken the amount of leg work that we, as the customer, had to do to get the things done to get this roof on our home and receive the warranty package. Through the process we felt that we got forgotten about once our payments were made on scheduled times we were to make them. Very poor break down in communication within this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone that has commented on our roof ( and we have had a number of positive comments) we have been very up front with what has been our experience with London Eco-Roof Manufacturing Inc. Hopefully, the company will work on the breakdown in communication and overall lack of follow up that happen within their business. We also hope that we continue to be pleased with their product many years from now as they claimed it should last us.

I think this is a great product. It looks good and hopefully will last. The problem is with the installation. I got an inexperienced crew and if I were not on guard they would have installed the strapping incorrectly. Fortunately, they fixed the problem. The ridge caps were a bit crooked but they came back and fixed it mostly. The company must spend more time training their workers properly.

Received our estimate from the Eco Roof Sales Representative. We prepared and signed a contract. All supplies and materials arrived when stated. Roofers arrived on date arranged and work began. Roofers were polite and kept the work area quite clean. Work was completed in estimated time frame and quite satisfied with the roof and its function. Have received compliments as to how it enhanced the appearance of our home.

It was time for a new roof and seeing how I am planning on staying at my house for many years to come, I decided to invest in a metal roof and pay double the amount I would with regular shingles (but at least I wouldn't have to worry about replacing it hopefully for the time I will be at this house!). My rear neighbours (not pictured) used this company and were satisfied so I decided to go with them as well. The salesman I dealt with was okay. I met with him in Oct/15 and arranged to have the install in the spring time. Come spring (just a few weeks ago), I had the install arranged and they estimated a day to install. Unfortunately they did not deliver enough of the material so it was extended to two days for install, which I was not upset about. The crew worked efficiently and were pleasant enough. What I am upset about is two things: 1. The after-install cleanup. The installer had me sign off on a "survey form" indicating certain services were done, like showing me pictures of cleaned-out eavestrophs and clean-up of all materials. Well the installer was done at about 8:45PM and it was dim outside so it looked like it was clean. However, I'm still finding metal pieces bigger and small around the perimeter of my house. As well, the pictures he showed me of the cleaned eavestrophs were the pictures of the eavestrophs he cleaned on one side of the garage. The eavestrophs on the other side of the garage? Not clean and had a lot of the old shingle debris in it (I could see it from my bedroom window). I don't know if the eavestrophs on the upper section of my house have been cleaned as I only saw that one pic of eavestrophs having been "cleaned". 2. Damage to my new eavestrophs themselves. The workers only used the yellow "gutter protectors" which prevented ladders from damaging eavestrophs when leaned against them, they did not use them all the time. They also leaned materials against the eavestrophs. As a result, there are some scratches and dings on my eavestrophs (as seen in one picture). There is no way I can prove that they did this, but I did just get the eavestrophs late last year and I have not leaned anything against them. Anyway, I'm not going to label the workers as incompetent or completely careless; for the most part I am happy with the work they did. I would have appreciated a little more attention and honesty, but their jobs are difficult and tiring and I appreciate the risk and dangers they go through to complete the work. But when I keep in mind the amount of money I am paying, I will speak up when I am not completely satisfied. I am still happy with the product and the way it looks though and if anyone were to ask me where I got it done I would let them know.

Met with the salesman in October 2015 .. he was extremely helpful and informative showed us all the samples, made suggestions and tried his best to accommodate us in the time we needed. We had the roof replaced in December and were very satisfied with the time taken and the workmen who came on site. Excellent product & service!

Good experienced dealing with the crew they are all polite, after they worked they cleaned all the litter around the house they are knowledgeable with all the questions regarding the roof , they also start the work early in the morning I recommend them to some of my friends

We've just had a Bravo Terra Cotta metal roof installed on our home, and are very pleased with the results. The salesman was friendly and helpful when choosing the color and guiding us through the ordering process. The work was started 3 weeks after ordering, which was right along the timeline we had discussed. Workers worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Workers did have to wait for materials to arrive, but didn't seem like there was a huge delay as the materials arrived first thing the next morning, and workers had some materials with them when they arrived on the first day. Love the new roof, and will recommend Eco-Roof to family and friends!

Great sales rep, knowledgeable and helpful. Installation was done professionally, cleanly and efficiently. A little slow on coming back to collect leftover materials. Would recommend to anyone. Love the look of new roof!

The quote visit was scheduled within a few days from the first contact with the company. We signed the purchase contract about a week after receiving the quote. The materials were delivered about 1.5 week afterwards followed by installation. Installation crew were very polite and curteous, very careful around the well-planted gardens, and always cleans up. Highly recommended!

I was impressed that despite the cold the installers came in early December to put the new metal roof on our house. I received a phone call that morning to say that the installers would be there, I would have liked some type of notice, but understand that there could have been a cancellation and hence I was quickly slotted in. The installers were professional and when I arrived home that evening I spoke to one of them to ask if they would be finishing or coming back the next day and if they had any problems/issues. He said no problems and that they would be finished that evening. They did appreciate the back house lights being turned on so they could see just a little better. The next morning, I noticed that the materials that were left over and the bags of garbage were neatly piled at the side of my driveway, with no garbage around. By the time I returned home that evening everything was gone. I appreciated it not being there for days and that they took their own garbage. When I finally managed to do a walk around my house, looking at the roof and the ground around it, I only found a couple of small bits of metal on the lawn. Small enough (and green) that they were just likely missed in the dark by the installers. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with as a sales representative. He answered all our questions, gave a great understandable presentation and was quick with our financing arrangements. And we couldn't have asked for a better deal. We like that the product is manufactured, maintained, sold and carries a warranty in Canada. We are pleased with our new roof and will recommend London EcoMetal to anyone.
