Our salesman Kham was friendly and professional. He helped us answer questions and contacting him was easy. They crew who worked on the roof was also friendly. They were very hard working even when it was going to rain that day. They were on time for the job and very organized. When the roof was completed, my family was satisfied with how it looked. I would definitely recommend others to give them a call.

Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable and certainly made us fee comfortable with choosing London Eco Roof to supply and install our roof. We liked not having to remove shingles and liked the long panels that were used vs other styles. The guys doing the install did clean up after each day and the work was completed in a timely fashion although some days they were not as productive I. e. late start to day. Over all a good experience and we really like the look of the roof and the fact we will never replace another roof!

Just had my roof finished yesterday and I am super happy. Haven't had rain or anything yet, but I have a warranty lol. I'm posting to say that if your going to go with London Eco Metal in the Kingston area, insist that Brad is the lead on the job. I was there every day and his attention to detail, directing his crew, and workmanship was perfection. Will post again about the product after time!

What a job these guys did. Corny and his crew removed the old cedar shake roof and installed our new mocha shake like roof with no problems what so ever. Daily clean up and final cleanup, it's like they were not here. The sale person, Rick Wismer, was most helpful throughout the process. No complaints from us. The guys even washed the two dormer windows before they left!! No hesitation in recommending a London Eco Roof to anybody!

I am happy with my roof, however, it has been over a year and I have noticed a misplaced segment on the garage. I am hoping that this will not affect the warranty.

Install was very quick and painless. Roof looks great, and really makes the house stand out on the street. It's already been tested in many heavy down pours with no leaks and is only slightly noisier that shingles.

Lots to like about London Eco-Roof Manufacturing. First, I contacted the more established players in my area for my 1830's stone house. After a lot of to'ing and fro'ing both never came through (price was not the issue). When I contacted London Eco-Roof, Brian came by right away, gave me a quote on the spot (which was competitive). Noting that I was very concerned about a potential leak situation developing (I have heritage plaster ceilings), they came through within the week with the water proof membrane and strapping and followed up immediately with a top notch installation. They kept the worksite tidy, they were courteous and fixed a small aberration that I noticed (aesthetic one around my stone chimney). All in all, they have a great product, a solid no-nonsense warranty (read the others to compare!), great installers and professional pre and post-sales follow up. And they are cost competitive. What more could you want? Five stars, guys!

In march 2015 London eco-roof installed my new roof between two snow storms. What an amazing experience. From sales to installation to follow-up everything was done as promised. The selection on colors and tile shape was excellent and we were able to do a perfect match to the existing aluminum trim. What I expected to be a two to three day install was completed in one day. I was concerned the steel roof would be noisy during a heavy rain but was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. Very quiet. I have had many people passing by stop to look at it and comment. I truly believe this product has increased the value of our home more than double the cost of the new roof. Love the color, love the look and mostly love the no maintenance.
