My daughter and her family had a London Eco-Roof installed in Summer 2014. Though we moved into our house on the same street one year later, our roof also was in need of replacing. My son-in-law brought Ryan over to look at our house on the same day he visited their house to provide a quote. I was not particularly interested in getting a metal roof, but after seeing the actual product samples, and photos of other London Eco-Roof installations, I was convinced that this was the way to go, particularly since our “25-yr” original shingles were already deteriorating after only 13 years. Though the cost was higher than I wanted to pay, now that I have the roof, I am more than happy with the result. Ryan was very professional in explaining the product to me, and took extra time to show the differences in the various designs and the colours, especially to my wife who was very appreciative which made my decision easier. Alex and the installation crew were also very professional, worked extremely hard, and were very friendly. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and we are very happy with the results.

Great looking roof. Recommend this company for quality work. Salesman Greg was great and easy to work with. Disappointed that it was not completed on time as promised. Found pieces of metal material around home along with nails and wood chunks. Could do better on clean up.

Richard and the crew were all very helpful, courteous and professional. Quality of workmanship was excellent, great job of cleanup. Best decision we ever made. The color and roof looks amazing.

I had installed new metal roof in the summer of 2014. I'm very happy I called London Eco-Roof Manufacturing Inc. The work was done by skilled proffecionals in time and very clean. After the completion of the work there was a follow up by a representative of the company and later on a written warranty was mailed to me. My service representative was Richard Mitchell. I gladly will recommend this company to my friends and relatives, as I've already done. A lot of people stop and ask, as my roof beautifully stands out in my area.

I am so pleased with our new steel roof. I like the fact it runs from top to bottom without horizontal seems, is thicker that other roofs due i think to the rolled versus stamped formation and the coolness we experience these last 2 years in the summer preventing the A/C to be run. Our last shingled roof we installed lasted 10 years, I would get this roof installed again if I had to do it again . . no doubt. Thanks London Eco- Roof for your great product ... the installers were very nice also!

Never thought that I could afford a permanent metal roof on my pension and for my little fixer upper house. Cost was in fact very affordable versus life span of asphalt. Still getting lots of enquiries/compliments more than a year after install. The polite hard working crew treated my home and property as if it was a mansion on an estate. House is noticeably more comfortable during hot weather without the a/c on.

This is just a note of thanks and respect to London Eco-Roof/London Eco-Metal. At the outset the thanks is for sending us Pat O’Sullivan to install. What an incredible athlete and master craftsman. Through snow and then 30 degree heat he was a machine. To add to it he and his equally impressive assistant Brad were “ghosts” (in… produce…. gone). A class act which was so valuable to us as both my wife and I work primarily from home. To have such a skilled craftsman look after all aspects start-to-finish added so much value to the investment. The attention to detail by Pat combined with unexpected perks of the Eco-Roof product (trim, shim, chimney flash, pipe fits, colour caulking…..basketball net…etc. etc.) meant Eco-Roof delivered more than promised and have us so happy and proud. From Greg Huk's low pressure technical info. only sales call through to project completion inspection this company "gets it" and has "raised the bar" for the quality of service and experience you can expect from a roofing company (metal roof or not). If you are on the fence in deciding just know I am so glad I proceeded. We did our due diligence and checked alternatives (financial & product quality). As mentioned, we got more than we were promised or expected so our decision was more than correct. The street appeal and value of our large 70+ year old home have increased and our neighbours have all congratulated us. On time, no extra charges, best value. Jeff

My neighbours watched every phase of the installation and all had positive comments on the material, the installation crew, and the clean-up.
