    In reference to Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning services: We are very much pleased. Their sales Rep Michael Edwards was very pleasant to talk, well mannered and above all totally knowledgeable about every detail. All our questions were answered in detail. Later when Dieter Frankie came to install the furnace and AC, he topped even Michael. He was very thorough in his job and properly knowledgeable to satisfy our curiosity. Good work ethics.     New Furnace, AC, and Water Tank

    From the onset, Convertible was different from the other vendors are obtained quotes from. The staff was knowledgeable, responsive, polite, and committed. Mike, our sales guy, was an absolute pleasure. Adam, our main installer, was an expert and provided valuable foresight for how the new project should be installed and laid out. It was a big job, and the guys worked for two full days covering every detail. Incredibly happy with the customer service and expertise and quality of work.

    New Furnace Installation

    Called on Sunday with emergency - they were able to come first thing Monday morning to assess problem and returned Tuesday morning to replace old furnace. Installers arrived on time. Installation went smoothly with minimal mess. Clean up was thorough. Work completed in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    ac installation

    it is a good company,highly recommended ,they are on time to do all jobs, i am happy with that,i just got information from one magazine ,do not wait for their service call and fix the appointment.

    Complete new HVAC

    I was looking to replace my furnace, air conditioner and water heater. I worked with Chris. He was very knowledgeable and what I appreciated the most was he did not use high pressure sales tactics. He was very honest with us and made us understand how each product works and how we can save money in the long run. His team was on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were quick and were happy to answer any questions we had during installation. I would highly recommend their services.

    heating and air

    the install went great ; willing to do what was needed ; very complete ; the units are very quiet. when we move into the next house we will be certain to use this company again and have all ready recommended them to my brother.

    new furnace

    i have used convertable for many years including a new furnace at my house this week. You can believe all the amazing reviews about this company. There isnt anything else i can say that hasnt been said. gerry lambert brampton

    New furnace and air conditioning

    I was very happy with the sales person Chris. Chris gave a fair price for an Amana unit. The installing team was courteous and knowledgable. They came at 830am and left at 2PM, very clean and quick job. Unit works great and i am looking forward to a hot summer to enjoy the AC.

    Furnace replacement

    Of the 3 companies I called, only Convertible Air sends someone over to do a site inspection and quote. To me it means that they aim to provide solutions to the homeowner, and not simply sell equipment . The two people I dealt with, Mike (sales) and Dieter (Install) were courteous and professional. They respect your time by keeping to the schedule, and proactively advice you if they are slightly behind. Questions, clarifications, or requests are swiftly addressed. Quoted prices include full model numbers, upfront and contain no hidden surprises. Overall, a pleasant buying experience.

    New Furnace w Humidifier and Air Conditioner

    I needed to replace my old Furnace and Air Conditioner and started with 4 quotes. I could not believe how expensive this work was going to cost and I am happy that I did my homework and researched all the different types of furnaces and AC units on the market today. I reached out to Convertible through HomeStars and could not believe how quickly I received a response from Sam first then Marnie. I set up an appointment with Marnie to come and inspect my old equipment and go over the different options that Convertible offer. Marnie arrived on time and was very professional and very knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and explained things that the other companies were offering and that I didn't need. I truly believe that Marnie was looking out for my best interest. Marnie gave me her best offer and explained the different rebates I would receive for purchasing a new Furnace and Air Conditioner and also explained in detail all the work that would be done during the installation. After speaking with the boss of the household we decided to move forward with Convertible and set up a date for installation. March 13th I receive a phone call in the morning from a gentlemen named Dieter from Convertible that he will be arriving in approximately 45 minutes to start the job and that is exactly when he arrived. Dieter explained everything he was going to do and advised that because he works alone that this job would take 2 days and if I had a problem with that he would finish it all in one day but he would need to work into the night. I let him know that 2 days were fine. Dieter took care of my house like it was his own. Using drop clothes on my hardwood and asking me to move some furniture so that he would have a clear path to the basement. I cannot believe the work that Dieter put into this job it looks amazing al new pipes that he installed a 100 times better then the original ones were and the job he did cleaning up after the work was completed, you would never had known anyone was there he left it just the way it was when he arrived. I have now had my new furnace with Humidifier for 11 days and man can you feel and breathe the difference, no more dry mouth or stuffy nose at night sleeping. The air just feels cleaner. I am very pleased and happy that I choose Convertible and would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thanks again Dieter and Marnie.

Since the 1960's my family has been busting our tails to always do the right thing without being greedy, lazy or sleezy. We have been given the opportunity to do amazing things and dont take that privilege for granted. Running a business is easy, there is no magic potion for success - if you always start by doing the right thing for the customer, work hard and be honest, rewards come to all of us, equally. The Ontario HVAC industry has been acting less than professional (putting it mildly) using fear based sales tactics to sell you things you don't need including long term rental contracts sold without full disclosure. We find this atrocious and want no part of it. It's become so prevalent, the government had to step in to pass legislation to stop them and protect the consumer. We do not participate in anything of that nature, and we represent the opposite of that business paradigm. Thank you very much for recognizing the kind of people we are.
