    Tankless Water Heater

    From the time of first call to receiving a quote was only about 3 days and then to installation was only a week. The technician Dieter Franke arrived at the designated time and completed the work very efficiently. The technician was knowledgeable in pipe fitting and all the aspects of the work required. The unit is working very well and I am pleased with the installation.

    Air Conditioning and Heating Furnace

    This company people are well mannered and punctual. Very cooperative and very good in service after sales. Rates are reasonable . I was short of money and new to this company when I installed the Heating Furnace . This payment took money in installments without any problem and has always been ready to cooperate for any further purchasing of new equipments. I will always like to refer this company for any installation of AC and Heating equipments to any individuals. Thanks,

    Furnance and AC replacement

    Great service and installation at good price. Installer was good and neat installation, placing exhaust pipes out of the way. Also did a clean and neat installation on the exterior wall. I would recommend Convertible to my friends.

    furnace and air conditioner

    I wanted to say how professional Kemar and Eric were in installing our new furnace and air conditioner. They arrived right on time and worked in a tight space to solve the challenges of our old house. They were friendly, worked quickly, consulted with each other and myself, and cleaned up well. Also the company in general was very responsive. They were the first company to respond to my initial request for information, and after General Manager (Marnie) conducted the initial inspection, I felt very comfortable with their quote and capabilities.

    Furnace & A/C Installation

    I used Convertible Heating & Air in my last home for the installation of a new furnace and a/c. When I moved to Waterloo, I knew who to call when it was time to replace the originals in this house. Convertible once again provided excellent service from the quote process through to installation. Friendly, professional service - highly recommend this company.

    Install A/C and Furnace

    Team was great. Came on time, worked efficiently, explained the process and left the work area clean and tidy. They were professional, respectful of the fact I was home and kept noise to a minimum. I would recommend this team.

    Happy to get installed my furnace and air conditioner from convertible heating and air conditioning inc. Amazing work by Technician Adam and his assistant Adam. Nice and professional work. They love what they are doing.. Thanks for cleaning up everything after installation...

    Furnace

    I am really happy with Convertible Air's service. We had installed a furnace at our earlier home and that worked very well for over 9 years. We are confident that the furnace installed in our new home will also do as well. Both the sales person and the installer provided excellent service.

    Defective Heat Exchange

    I had been quoted by a previous company for the services and did not feel comfortable with them. I then called Convertible and had a wonderful service technician come and replace the faulty part. Mr. Bakhtawar did a great job in both setting up the installation date and executing the repair.

    New Furnace Install and Additional Gas Line Work

    I'm thrilled to have found a HVAC company as reliable and honest as Convertible. Sam is the kind of person would enjoy doing business with as you can tell he takes pride in what he does and is 100% about customer satisfaction. My new American Standard furnace install went about as easy as possible. I required some additional gas lines moved and run for our new kitchen, all of which were done hassle free. Adam (and his helper lil Adam) is probably one of the best HVAC techs I've ever worked with. He is very professional, courteous and does some of the tidiest work I've ever seen. As a tradesman myself, i see a lot of bad work, but not from these guys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONVERTIBLE and will be using them again and will also be recommending them to anybody that will listen!
