    Air Con purchase and instal

    After HomeDepot gave a quote that was through the roof, I went shopping around for something more in line for my budget. I called Convertible Heating and got Sam on the phone. He was really a delight to talk to and gave me alot of information.. The price he qoute was the price when his sales representative came(Chris). The instal by Dieter was well done. He had a great challenge with my existing unit to remove, but he handled it like a champ. He said it was one for the ages because of the my previously instal air con was not done to industry standard (unconventional) way to say the least.

    Air conditioning

    Thanks to the guys, we have air conditioning again! They were very friendly and kind, and did a great and fairly quick job (considering the amount of work that needed to be done). The price was lower than some of the other companies we had got quotes from so that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

    Installation of air conditioner & humidifier

    Salesman Sean Kesavan was very helpful with his quote and was dead on with his price. Workers were very professional, knowledgeable, couteous, friendly, punctual and helpful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up all their mess which was minimal. I would recommend these workers without any hesitation. Very satisfied with their work.

    Air Conditioning unit

    I bought an American Standard AC unit from Sam. Sam was very patient with me and answered all my questions on the different brands, rebates and so on. Installation was done on May 23rd, 2015 by Brad and Mike. Very nice and knowledgeable guys who also took the time to answer any question that I had. I like the AC unit. I also noticed that it was cycling on and off too often. I called Sam who sent Jessy and Mike over to look into it. After confirming that everything was installed properly, they suggested that I replace the thermostat. I replaced the thermostat, and I can now say that the unit no longer cycles for no reason. Thanks guys. I will definitely recommend Convertible to other people.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    When our water heater suddenly stopped working, we were frantic. After sending an email to Convertible Heating & AC, we promptly arranged a competitive price and time for installation. In just two days, the team arrived and professionally did the work as requested. Altogether, the service was fast, efficient, and courteous: without hesitation we would recommend this company to others in need.

    From the first hello on the phone to the meet and to the hand shake at the end , Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning made me feel that i was apart of all the step.     Furnace and AC

    From Sales to install, service was great. Appointments were all on time, estimate was the price we paid, not hidden costs. The install team worked all day and did a great job in the clean up. We are very please and would recommend this company!
