After our air conditioner "died", we looked around at a few companies. When Sean came to visit, not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, it was his personal character that won us over. He did not have the typical "salesman" demeanor! He made us feel very confident in our decision to select "Convertible Air". In addition, the installers (Branden and Josh) were very professional and courteous. The price itself was very comparable or better than other companies that quoted us. We would definitely do business with Convertible Air again!

We called for an estimate from an add in the newspaper and Sean was very good about coordinating a time to come by. He was professional and was able to answer all my questions. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons for all the alternatives, which made our decision process that much easier. Reasonable price compared to other quotes we received. We are very happy with installation job. Definitely recommend.

Convertible Air Systems is an exemplary example of professional service provider. Accurate, clean, efficient, high-performing, courteous, respectful, honest and hard-working. I contracted them to replace heating, cooling and water heater systems. From the first touch point (telephone conversation) to final inspection of completed work they left an excellent impression. In the initial phone contact (very professional demeanor), they provided high level quote (very close to the final bill), and scheduled the appointment. Despite being very busy they managed to arrange the site visit very quickly. Marnie showed up right on time, and instead of a marketing pitch provided excellent suggestions on best options to complete the job. In addition she scheduled a quick touch point with the technician Kemar to do a more detailed inspection of the work required. Kemar also showed up right on time, and did fantastic job with work assessment. On the day we scheduled work to start, Kemar and Eric were totally punctual. In the next two days, they worked very hard on completing the job while always being available to answer any question or offer advise. In the ned, Marnie, Kemar and Eric delivered exactly what they promised at the agreed price in the scheduled timeframe. This company makes it easy to deal with them. I already recommended them to my friends and family.

My old furnace was on its last legs so decided to replace it before it died. I contacted a few companies and I was quoted astronomical figures at that point my sister recommended Convertible Air. Sean came to visit, he was very professional and courteous. He walked me through all the options available and didn’t push any option. The quote was very reasonable too. Installers came on the day of the appointment and did a great job no mess no fuss. I am one happy customer and highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!

I am in the home building industry and did shop around for some quotes and felt that the sales rep Sean was very knowledgeable about all the different types of units available to me and professional the way he presented himself and explained things out to us,price was right,installation was great ,units working fine, I would recommend Convertible Air and their staff to anyone.

I was attracted to this company thru a flyer. I had already done my homework to know what a reputable A/C should be. Convertible was an excellent choice. They carried American Standard, a great name in A/C. From the courteous and knowledgeable consultant, Sean, to the efficient and effective installer, Adam, we felt we were in good hands and look forward to using them for many years to come.

It turned out that we needed to replace the furnace and airconditioner. After we have received a hair raising quote from another companyy, we called CONVERTIBLE. Sean came to the house and gave us a very reasonable quote and great advise. When the work was done, we could not have been more pleased. The workers were fast and very polite and efficient. They did a marvelous job and cleaned up after themselves. It looked like nothing happened that day. The appliances are in perfect working order. Sean called back to make sure that the equipment was registered for warranties. If anybody needs to have this work done - CONVERTIBLE HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING INC is the company to call. Marnie's team of professionals are truly interested in the relationship with the customer. They eduated me on the entire process pre and post sale. I just wanted to praise the installer "Adam" & his assistants for an "amazing" job they did on the installation of my Furnace & AC. He is a true gentleman and was very patient when repeating his answers to all my duplicate/triplicate questions.. They were on time & seemed to go that extra mile that is so rare lately.. I cannot thank him (them) enough and I couldn't be happier 2 months on after the installation.. thx again!!
