    Great Service

    They came early in the morning about 8 am and started to work. They were friendly and prompt and answered any questions I had.

    Wonderful experience on both ends (customer service and install)

    Marnie was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She really helped me through the whole process and was very kind and patient. The installers were great as well. Kemar was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process. He did an excellent job. Overall I am very satisfied and wouldnt hesitate to use Convertible Heating and Air conditioning again in the future! Highly recommended.

    a/c unit and evaporator coil

    As scheduled, two technicians arrived at my house, identified themselves and started to replace my outside a/c unit and the evaporator coil at he furnace. They were very courteous and completed the installation in less than 3 hours. When they left, there was no mess to clean up. Their workmanship was first class. I am very happy with this installation and would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Goodman 2 stage Motor Energy Star Furnace

    Excellent at returning calls and following up!

    We called 3 HVAC companies needing a furnace. Two did not return our call in 2 days. Michael called back within the hour and arranged to come out the next morning, a Sunday of a long weekend to give us a quote, and suggest the best size unit for our home. The came 5 minutes before the time stated to complete the installation it was completed with no issues and the installers were respectful, answered questions and cleaned up after themselves.

    Furnace and Heat Pump

    RIght from the start, I really appreciated the way Michael came to do a quote. I had about 5 other quotes and had experienced a ton of sales pitch drama - but not from Michael. I was actually quite surprised at how other companies gave me the wrong information (i.e. installations not to code) The installation took a day and a half and Craig and partner were professional, clean and made sure that everything worked. I would highly recommend this company!

    Furnace and AC replacement

    After 25 years, we needed to replace our gas furnace and central AC unit. We were in a hurry to get this done since we had some other landscaping work scheduled to be done which would be much easier if old the AC was out of the way. Convertible responded quickly and was very accommodating by installing the furnace and removing the old AC, and then scheduling to come back after the landscaping to install the outdoor AC unit. This was really helpful. The installation crew was very professional and did a very good job, especially in view of the difficulty of running new air intake and exhaust venting through a house build in 1886.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Replacement

    Always pleasant and courteous staff when calling the family-owned business. Great service from the consultant to installer. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and personable and keen to answer any and all questions that I had. The installer worked diligently and left everything clean. The consultant was friendly and informative and took time to explain the service, our options with pros/cons and details of the service plan. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.     Very happy repeat customer!

    We had our AC installed in June and we were very happy so we went with Convertible Air to install our furnace. Mike was super helpful and answered all of our questions before the install. We had Kamil and Steven install our new furnace and both were very friendly and respectful and knowledgeable. They removed the old unit and left everything spotless. Very happy and would definitely recommend Convertible Air! A++

    Install Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
