    Central AC Install

    This is the second time I have had work done by Convertible. 5 years ago they did a furnace and central AC install for us. Last year we moved to Stoney Creek. Our AC worked fine last summer but not so much now. The unit was 14 years old so we decided to get a new unit installed. I made some calls locally and also called Convertible. Not surprisingly they had the best price going. Since I have dealt with them in the past I also knew their service was top notch as well. A week later we now have a brand new high efficiency unit keeping us cool. The installers were courteous and professional and Marnie did a great job of walking us through all of our options and getting us the best possible price. If you need a new furnace or central AC I highly recommend giving Convertible a call. You won't be disappointed.

    Replacement of Air Conditioner and Furnace

    Matt and Brandon were personable and honest. They did the work quickly and up to standards. Were very pleased Chris estimated the job. We think we purchased a good furnace and air conditioner.

    New furnice instalation

    Ever aspect of my dealings with Convertible Heating & Air conditioning have been great, right from the first conversation I had with them. They were fast to book my first appointment and to work around my schedule, they explained my new furnice options and the installation process. My insulation appt was book quickly and installation was fast and easy. I've already talked to them about my hot water heater options. It's very refreshing to deal with a company that has excellent customer service and great prices. Can't thank all of you enough.

    New Furnace and new AC

    I called Chris from Convertible Heating and A/C. He gives me very good quotation with very good advise for house requirements. The installation team showed up within one week and installed our new furnace and A/C unit the same day. The installation team were very polite, helpful, cooperated and on time. Had the whole system running just the work completed. We are thankful for their very prompt service. We highly recommend them and wish for them all the best.

    Replace Furnance & AC

    My 8 year old Rheem AC was not working. A service check indicated pr.oblem with coil. Do I spend all that cash on fixing it (since cash spent in 2019 and diagnostics) - heck I can purchase a new A/C and I am in need to replace my 22 yr old furnace. The guys were Great. The diagnostics need to run for a week, so Steve was quick on board to get that going before the hot weather sets in. Upon locating the problem we decided to purchase a new AC and furnace (that was on our TODO anyway) The order was placed that day and a week later they were on site to remove and dispose of the old equipment (and old thermostat) and install all new. They were here early in the AM and got the job done by early afternoon. Cleaned up everything and took us through the two new systems, and directed us to complete the warranty. The service was top grade. Now I just hope the new systems live up to the great service

    Great Service

    From the time the service crew came, it was definitely a good experience. They made everything look so easy and knew what they where doing. Even from when Pete came out to speak to me about what they are going to do had how they will do it. Hands down one of the best service.

    Great customer service

    Great service - made replacing my A/C unit stress free. Installation crew were also great. They were on time and very courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone for their A/C and Heating needs.

    Air Conditioner

    A very pleasant experience with Convertible Air from start to finish. I can probably save the reviewer lots of time researching other companies and advise you will get the best price and service from Convertible. Sales associate - Christopher, was knowledgeable and honest about what was best suited for my home. Installers arrived on time, on scheduled date, and even after being thrown a couple of curveballs during installation, they did a fantastic job with minimal intrusion. Very happy with the experience of using Convertible for my A/C unit, and would highly recommend.

    New Furnace & A/C Installed

    Last Thursday Morning our furnace stop working. I called Chris from Convertible Air. The guys showed up within one hour and installed our new furnace and a/c unit the same morning. The guys were very polite and on time. Had the whole system running just before 1pm. We are thankful for their very prompt service. We highly recommend them.
