    Professional guys, competitive, On time, courteous I'd recommend any time. I bought a Goldman furnace, very quiet so far. I wish the review was less than thirty words because the first four in the review say it all.

    Excellent Service and Awesome Price!!!

    Just got a Goodman Air-conditioner installed - in 2 working days and one single call. Competitive price and 110% satisfaction! I previously had also installed a tankless water heater through them at my other property... never had any issues with price, installation &/or afterwards. Highly recommended.

    Trustworthy, honest, reasonably priced and quick install!!

    Amazing company, could not recommend mike the service technician and Chris the sales associate enough! They are very honest and trustworthy. We got other quotes and this company was the most reasonable in terms of pricing and solutions. I appreciated their honesty and that they did not try to rip us off or upswell us. They diagnosed the problem accurately, gave us solutions, and when we chose a new furnace they installed it very quickly too. I would use this company again in future and will be recommending them to family and friends in future!

    Tankless Hot Water...Easy

    Mike gave me a competitive quote and within a few weeks I was able to get rid of my aging rental tank that was on it's last legs. The 2 man crew came and did a clean, great looking install of a Rinnai tankless in just 4 hours. Easy hot water! I'm impressed with the professionalism and ease dealing with Convertible Air. Would recommend them for sure.

    Good price and great Customer Service.

    Water Heater and AC

    During the pandemic our water heater needed replacement. We checked out a few companies and found that Convertible rated best on our checklist of price, customer service, friendliness and honesty. And after they installed they also rated high on skills, experience and competency. We had also been planning on replacing our 40+ year old AC and had been seeking quotes. Once again Convertible had good price and great service. Waiting eagerly for warmer weather to try it out. We plan to continue as pleased customers and will have Convertible back in the Fall for our pre-winter furnace cleaning. Happy to have Heating AC company we can count on and trust.

    HVAC Installation - AC & Furnance

    We enjoyed our experience with Convertible. Chris was very professional explained me all the possible options and what would suite our needs. No pressure sale. Very prompt and responsive via email and phone. Answered all our questions that we had. Within few days we got the installation done as committed, his crew came in before time and within few hours completed the job very neatly and were done. We surely would recommend them to others.     furnace and air

    This is the third house that we have used for new furnace and air. We are very pleased with the prices and the service. The workers are always very knowledgeable. Would use Convertible Air again in our next house.

    Tankless water heater

    Great service, brilliant technician and best quote. I got a tankless water heater installed for my home yesterday and this is the best interaction I have ever had with a company. They were thorough professionals. Service was outstanding. When I called them, I was so glad that a human picked up the phone. In this era of automated voice machines this was so good and even better the human who answered the machine was able to answer all my questions rather than leaving me on hold to find answers from somebody else. Chris was just amazing. He came in for the quote and gave me the best quote. Prices were very fair and he gave me very good options to pay it off. He went out of the way to give me options. Nobody could even come close to their prices. He also explained each and every available option very clearly. Once he left I took few mins to gather my thoughts and it just didn't make sense to look further. I called him within the hour to book an appointment and install the tankless water heater the next day. The technician arrived the next day and installed the tankless within 3 hours (I had a water heater tank). His installation was very neat, he communicated very well, he accommodated my request to install in a specific area and also moved my water heater tank from my basement to my garage so that my current service providers can come and pick it up. He also cleaned the place once everything was done. I have to change my furnace and ac unit soon. I am not even going to waste my time collecting quotes from other companies. I ll just pick my phone and call Convertible. The best in business. Based on my interactions with other contractors I have always thought that it is tough to get a contractor who can communicate well, provide quality service and for a reasonable cost. You either get 1 or 2 of those qualities. But with Convertible you get all 3. I highly recommend Convertible!

    Professional group from quote to installation. No frills or gimmicks! Mike E. explained everything in terms we could understand and we knew exactly what we were getting! Like the individual who referred Convertible Air to me, I would refer this company without a doubt!!!
