    Furnace and A/C Replacement

    I was referred by a friend of mine to Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and we are so please with the job they have done. CHRIS came in to give us a quote, he explain on details the process and provide us with the best quotes out 3-4 different companies. It took less than 24 hours from the time we ordered to the installation day. They installers did a fantastic job and paid attention to details and no mess left behind. They explained how to look after the system and provided with tips to keep the system running at 100%.

    Replaced Heating and A/C

    We were having issues with our Furnace with lack of heating in our upper floor and also faced trouble with our A/C in peak summers. Different companies left us with a gap in our head of a decision to replace / not to replace. Along came Chris from Convertible, who explained why replacing is a good idea and gave us the best quote. David and Craig installed the same to our satisfaction. We are feeling the change in heating at our upper floor. Hopefully, we'll be able to save also on our hydro and gas bill.

    Furnace replacement

    Great communication and installation service from the Convertible team. On time and completed quickly, thankfully as the cold weather hit the next day. From the technician, to the office manager, to the installers, all were knowledgeable and were able to explain all the details from start to finish.

    Hot Water Upgrade

    Chris came to my home, listened to what I wanted to accomplish and recommended a product accordingly. He was honest and explained everything without rushing over any steps. When installation day came, his team was effective and walked me through the process as well. Once the job was complete, they explained how the system worked. Everything was done with minimal contract with myself and respectful of my working from home while they did their work.

    Outstanding service...from phone call to furnace room!

    From the moment I spoke with Marnie, the manager to the wave and thanks after the job was complete there was nothing short of incredible customer service and professionalism with personality. Marnie is knowledgeable, helpful and patient in providing all the information you need to make a good decision...a hot water tank may not seem exciting but she makes you feel like you’re buying a treasure piece! Ali and his brother were amazing...they actually use a red carpet and are extremely conscientious and efficient every step of the way...from removal of old to installation of new and all the cleanup in between. They were outstanding. Thanks so much for being true to your service and expertise word...never thought I could ever be as excited about the new addition to my furnace room! Thanks to all at Convertible...cheers!

    New Ductwork

    What can I say - Adam and this company is amazing once again. Fast replies, great quotes and very professional work. Adam has done an amazing job at our house once again and we will definitely reach out again for future needs. No one else comes close to Convertible for service!!!!!!

    New Furnace

    Our furnace stopped working during one of the colder weeks in January. We called Convertible and immediately had a technician sent out. The repairs were going to be too costly so we opted for a new one. Next morning installers were at our place and within hours we had heat again. Everyone from Marnie, to the installers were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

    Tankless Water Heater Installation

    I was referred to Convertible by a trusted friend who also got a tankless water heater. Excellent product, price and service in every way. I am very satisfied with Convertible.

    Goodman 2 Stage DC Variable Speed Furnace

    We woke this past Sunday morning to our 20 year old furnace not working and a very cold house! Convertible Heating were very quick on coming on the service call which we given 3 options to replace. We were very happily with Option 2 and on accepting they were at our home The next day Monday at 12:00 noon. The installer was very professional, followed Covid protocol and the job was completed in a little over 3 hours! We were very happy with the overall experience

    Convertible Heating & A/C

    This was my first experience with Convertible Heating but it won't be my last. Marnie was so helpful & pleasant setting up the appointment. Tahir arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the call even asking if I had any further questions. I will happily recommend Convertible Heating & A/C in the future.
