Quality Work, Very Responsive, Fair Price
Ive worked with Max several times now. On this occasion I called him on a freezing winter Saturday afternoon with a request to diagnose a broken furnace at my rental property. Max showed up on Saturday night to diagnose the problem and schedule a follow up replacement. I appreciated how responsive and timely he was. He gave me pricing options for a 1-stage and 2-stage furnace and explained the difference in performance for each. The heat is working again. Im very satisfied. Thanks Max.

Furnace Installation
Aire Max was referred to me by a neighbour when my furnace suddenly broke down. I called them immediately as my home was getting very cold and I needed to get it repaired quickly. My call was answered promptly and a service man arrived within a one hour window that very afternoon. It turned out that the motor had died on my thirteen year old furnace. As that part would cost over $1000 I decided it was time to replace my old furnace. I was quoted a reasonable price, with a $700 rebate, to replace it with a new similar Carrier high efficiency furnace. I was pleasantly surprised to hear it could be installed the very next day. As promised the servicemen promptly arrived the very next morning and had my new furnace installed by 5 pm! I couldnt be more pleased with this companys promptness, efficiency, reliability and pricing.

Professional and great customer service
My Furnace stopped working earlier this month and the option was to change it. After contacting Aire Max Heating & Cooling Inc., Max came over and very next day changed my Furnace and installed a Humidifier as well with his companion. Very knowledgeable and proficient. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for great service. Very professional and customer oriented. Their price is very competitive. Thank you, Aire Max . Thank you, Aire Max!

New Furnace
Our furnace stop working and called Aire Max. Max picked up the phone right away and was able to come by to diagnose that same afternoon. Furnace motor was seized and decided to replace to new Carrier furnace 2 stage, a bit more expensive but well worth it so far. Max and his team came next day to replace, took them 6 hours, came on time as promised, very clean, professional and offered right advice. Very happy with our new furnace so far. Would recommend and use Max again! Thanks Max for the great quality of work!

Expert Furnace Installation
First Used Aire Max services about 3 years ago, and knew them to be reliable, no nonsense and competent contractor. When I received Carrier email with error code on Monday morning, I simply texted it to Max. with a note that the furnace had trouble reaching the desired temperature and was cycling up/down frequently. He diagnosed it as likely pressure switch failure, suggesting he could visit next morning. At 3:30 he called as I was leaving the house, that he is able come in half hour. We kept Tuesday am appointment, which confirmed his suspicion and discovered a leak from likely cracked heat exchanger. Short discussion of costs involved to repair this 18 year old furnace indicated a now replacement was in order. Max had arranged to install it next day, suggesting 6 hour duration for the job. He e-mailed a price proposal with specs same morning and showed up at appointed hour on Wednesday. As promised, the job was done in 6 hours, neatly and expertly.

Furnace
My furnace broke down twice in November. After talking to Sumat from Aire Max company, I took his advice to replace a new one instead of changing parts as my furnace is 14 years old. He and a guy came one day ahead of schedule to install a new furnace. The installation went smoothly without any glitches, and there was no mess left afterwards. The new furnace has been working fine since. Here is a picture taken by Sumat. A side note: he helped put a new evaporator for the humidifier. Really appreciate.

Carrier furnace
Aire max carried only carrier products which I want installed in my home. I've been used carrier products in my previous he which works great and quiet running. When I called Aire Max, they responded very fast. Please try call them and estimate whenever you need a service. Nothing to loose.

New Carrier Furnace Installation
Old furnace motor seized, called Max at Aire Max on Sat. showed up the same day, Max and assistant installed the new furnace on Sunday. Did an excellent job. would recommend them.
