    Air condition service

    Max was very friendly and deliver excellent service on time. He is quick to determine the problems and have all tools and materials in his van and fix things right away. He is a real tradesman with skills necessary to deliver services with due diligence and expertise. I am happy with his work but try to go for little discounts as you might have some chance. Price was reasonable to my expectation and I saved some money for a good dinner. Make sure you dig him and drain on pricing. He is friendly and litsens for make the work comfortable to both the owner and himself. I would certainly recommend you guys to give him a call and see ... you willn't go wrong.... The good part of his business is you can calll him and ask for his quote... I might need to change my AC and Furnace in the next two years and I am going to call this guy again..... Good Luck !!!!!!     Furnace repair for Air Conditioning

    Very satisfied with the service - the furnace stopped working as suck the air conditioning went - was over 30 degrees in the house. Called Max last night, he came promptly early this am. Max has a friendly disposition and a positive attitude. He showed up when he said and spent extra time making sure the job was done right. He even followed up to make sure everything was a-ok. In short, positive honest person who does a great job, can't ask for anything more.

    Refill of Freon gas in Air Conditioner unit

    My AC stopped pumping out cold air when the condenser unit froze up due to low Freon gas. Max arrived on time and before anyone else (next day) was able to come due to busy schedules due to the busy time of year for the HVAC guys. With the heat waves we've been experiencing it was really appreciated to be up and running so soon after my call. It's been a few weeks since the job was done and so far the home is still perfectly cool. Max was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to have Max back again for future AC service.

    furnace and air conditioner

    I would not recommend Aire Max to my worst enemy. Over promised and under delivered, Came to my home to install my new air conditioner and started off by drilling one hole into my drywall, not fixed yet. Five days after my brand new air conditioner was installed I came home to a sweltering house! After the great sleep I have they came back the following evening to add Freon which I guess they did not install at time of the original install.

    hot water tank replacement

    I had an old hot water tank break down beyond repair on the weekend. I contacted Max on a Sunday. He came by the same day to discuss options, we agreed on the way forward and he installed the new tank the very next day.

    Tankless Water Heater Installation

    A couple of weeks ago, I had decided to replace my ageing electric water heater with a new tankless gas water heater. I started making the dreaded phone calls, shopping around for someone to come in to give me a quote on the work. Most places were unable (to busy for the next few weeks), unwilling (too far, didn't want to look at the site first) to come in and some just gave quotes for the work over the phone when I first talked to them. Max came over to take a look at the install site, asked what I wanted to do and get done and explained what would be involved. The next day he sent me an email with a quote and promptly replied to my various follow-up questions I had over text and email. On D-Day, Max and his assistant arrived and they were very considerate, easy to work with and accommodating to the ideas that I had that I wanted to get done. He also helped out with some extras that I needed to get done and even offered to buy me some coffee from Tim Hortons! After a long day of work and plumbing, and making me test the hot water various time to make sure it was working properly with no leaks, it was done! All in all, it was a very good experience, and a much better one than I had envisioned when I first decided to go with purchasing a new tankless water heater. I would recommend Aire Max to anyone that wanted to get a new tankless water installed in their home.

    Ductless Heatpump Installation

    Working with Max was a step above many of the Contractors that I contacted for my Ductless Heat Pump Installation (which provides ac + heating). Max was very prompt in his replies, and worked it into his busy schedule to view my place for a quote after one of his jobs. After some debate on which system to install, I settled on getting the Mitsubishi Mr Slim MSZ-FE12NA. My install situation was a bit unusual, being on the second floor and my electrical panel is located on a middle wall, but Max was able to work through the problematic issues and get the job done within a day. Its been a week now since its been installed, and I have no regrets (especially with this week's super humid weather - the unit cools and removes moisture in the air!). I would recommend Max to anyone looking to install a ductless ac/heatpump.

    Installing dryer vent

    We moved into our new house, but it didn't have an existing dryer vent. We couldn't install our electric dryer without first getting a vent installed. I found Max on Homestar and emailed him asking if he could perform the installation that same weekend. I was impressed by Max's speed of reply. He came that same day to our house for an inspection and came back for a return visit that same weekend to install the pipe. Max initially quoted us $300, however, after the inspection, he adjusted his price to $500 because materials were more expensive than he expected and our job was apparently more complicated than normal cases. Although the price was more expensive than originally quoted, it was still reasonable considering there was another company who quoted me a much higher price. Overall, I was impressed with Max's speed of reply and his prompt service. Dryer works like a charm. Thanks Max.

    Installation of Ductless Air conditioner with heat pump

    I chose homestars from a previous successful experience. I located Aire Max from the top 10. My call was answered by the owner and not a call center, a welcome change. Within one day Max provided us with a written estimate after his home visit. He provided a few options and we went with a 2 ton unit. On the day of the installation Max and his assistant were early and went straight to work. They were extremely professional and hard working. We love our ductless air conditioning and it was installed just in time for the heat wave. Max gave us clear and easy instructions to follow with the unit. We would highly recommend Aire Max to those looking for professional service and reasonable pricing.

    Installation of Hot Water Tank

    Max installed a hot water tank that I had purchased. He was extremely busy with AC service calls but, made time to this job on a Saturday. He spent a good portion of the day on this job and made sure the new appliance operaterd correctly before leaving. The job was done professionally and neatly. Thanks.
