    Replacement of central air conditioner

    Responsive, efficient and installed the air conditioner on the hottest day of the year, the day after ordering it.

    Great service as usual

    As always Max is my go to guy for any furnace/AC issues (he installed our current furnace). We had water leaking from the furnace when the AC was on so I called Max and told him our situation. He said he would be able to come by next day in the morning. Upon arriving it was determined that the drain lines were clogged with debris/sediment. He was able to clear it and get the furnace/AC back in working order. We also needed a check up on the furnace to make sure it was in good order for when winter comes. Max answered our questions and did a great job as usual.

    Helped fix a broken air conditioner

    Had an AC bust in the middle of summer on a weekend and Max came out to take a look Sunday, ordered the part (blower motor) and was back the following Saturday as soon as it came in to fix it!

    Thermostat Install

    I called Max to install a new thermostat. Max was on time as always, polite and professional. We have used Max several times over the years and will continue to do so. Thanks Max!!!

    Installation of new furnace

    I greatly appreciated the straight-forward, no-nonsense and professional approach to the on-site assessment of our needs, the recommendations and the installation of the new furnace. I have no hesitation or reservations in calling Aire Max in the future for other services.

    Riannai tankless repair

    Sam came to my house almost right away and fixed our tankless hot water replaced the faulty part. We are a happy family with a hot shower. I highly recommend aire max.

    New AC Unit - Excellent!

    Max was quick to respond to my request, and came the same day to provide a very reasonable quote. Very professional, great quality work. Unit is running perfectly. Highly recommend.

    Excellent Service

    Max was fantastic responding to our request for our service call in the hottest time of the year. Our AirMax 70 Air Handler unit stopped working one evening. We called Max and he made the service call the next day. The unit started to work hours before arriving (just like visiting the Doctor). Max had a look at the unit and all checked out fine. He left and all was good for a little over a week. Exact same issue, unit stopped working. Max returned next day and he reviewed the issue, determining that it was the thermostat which was faulty (essentially only charging for the thermostat). He replaced the thermostat and all has been working great so far!

    New Carrier AC Installation

    The Aire Max personnel was knowledgeable and was able to efficiently assess the issue with the old AC which resulted in the installation of a new carrier AC. Very professional and respectful.
