Technician came the same day and fixed the broke down air conditioning unit right away. Very nice person to deal with. Cost is reasonable as well.

Fact: We hired Max and his company Max Aire to replace our 20+ year old furnace and A/C. Fact: Max represented that the unit we purchased (Lennox) came with a 10-year manufacturers parts warranty. Fact: We paid more than $5000 for the unit. Fact: The unit ceased operating well within the warranty period. Fact: Lennox denied our warranty claim because Max failed to install the correct A-coil (he concealed from us that he did not install a Lennox A-coil but instead installed a lesser part that voided our warranty). Fact: Max continued to top up our unit with refrigerant to make it functional but denied any responsibility for the failure/leaking of the unit. Fact: Max blamed us for not maintaining the unit, notwithstanding that we had cleaned the unit annually. Fact: Lennox verified that there was no requirement to carry out any formal maintenance to maintain their warranty. They further confirmed that the warranty was voided solely due to the actions of Max and Max Aire. Fact: No fewer than two HVAC companies have assessed the a/c unit and determined that the A-coil had prematurely failed. Fact: One HVAC company advised that Max used pipes that were too small for the size of the a/c condenser unit and this also contributed to the failure of the a/c. Fact: Max used lines (that carry refrigerant) that were 5/8 diameter. The independent a/c expert advised that the lines were too small and that the size 3/4 diameter should have been used. Fact: Max has repeatedly engaged in aggressive conduct often yelling at us when attending at our home. Fact: Max has made racially insensitive comments while at our home. Fact: Max contractually provided his personal warranty for labour and 10 years for parts but has failed to live up to his obligations. Fact: We have given Max many opportunities to make this right be he refused to acknowledge his responsibility. Fact: We have no option but to seek the assistance of the courts and to let others know about our experience with him. FACT: Here is the proof that he did "work" for us.

Our old AC unit finally gave in. I called Aire Max. They were very responsive, provided me with a competitive quote, and followed through at every stage of the process. I'll be sure to use them for my future HVAC needs.

No heat this morning. Called Aire Max and was out to look at the furnace right after placing the call. Max diagnosed and left to get the part needed. Back early afternoon. We now have heat! We will definitely use this service again. Thanks Max, Allan & Anita

Service was exceptional He showed up on time, diagnosed my heating issue and had it fixed right away. He was friendly, funny and very presentable. Loved that he was in full uniform. I highly recommend him for servicing your HVAC needs. If I need a new unit in the future I will have his company do my installation.

A few years ago, I had a good experience with Aire Max replacing my furnace and A/C and they have been working fine, no problems at all. So when my parents had their gas boiler broken down, without hesitation I used Aire Max again to get it replaced. Max and his technician were professional and friendly. His price again was reasonable. The newly installed gas boiler works much better than the old one. After finishing with the installing, Max also went to drain out the radiator in each room in the house. He also called the next day to make sure the new system work properly. Thank you Aire Max for another work well done! Strongly recommended.

Aire Max just replaced 2 old water heaters for 2 new ones and Max and helper did a well-done job. I manage properties and I consider myself fortunate to have known Aire Max because Max has come to my rescue multiple times in the past 8 years. Whether it's repairing or replacing HVAC systems, I always trust Aire Max expertise and never hesitate to recommend Aire Max to friends and co-workers.

Max was referred by my sister. Our furnance went down while outside temperature was still below 0 at night. Max came the next morning and replaced our furnance. He recommended what suit best for the size of our home and the rebates that was offered by the manufacture. He answered all my questions and pricing was fair. Job was professionally done.

First, I will start off saying that Aire Max has done 3 different jobs over the years: 1) 9 years ago: we had a gas leak which Max fixed and also replaced our hot water tank (no more renting), 2) 7 years ago: replaced our furnace and A/C with a high efficiency one, 3) just this past weekend: fixed our furnace which failed to ignite. Furnace Fix: The furnace had been failing to ignite on and off over the past few days - and completely stopped on Friday right before the biggest snow storm of the year. Max showed up in an hour and diagnosed that the motherboard was not working. The parts stores were closed and would not open until Monday so he worked with them to get the motherboard even though there was no guarantee. He showed up Saturday afternoon with the part. The snow storm was worst than anticipated, so the fact that he went all the way to get the part and showed up while people were still plowing their driveways really shows that he really wanted to get our furnace up and running again. He also changed our thermostat and tested the heating and AC. Max is a caring, attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Aire Max for all your heating and cooling needs. Max really came to the rescue when we needed it the most.
