    AC Installation

    Max is always my first choice for any heating or cooling issue. He recently installed an AC unit at my home and did a superb job. Proffesional, reliable and fair.

    Furnace/AC

    Max and his crew did a nice job. Quote came in a timely manner and they showed up on time each day. Price was reasonable. They were careful when removing and installing the furnace and AC units. It’s been a few months and everything works as expected. My only constructive criticism is the AC unit is a bit louder than my previous model. I may have paid a bit more for a quieter model but wasn’t offered another option.

As you can see on the photo, you do not have enough space to have bigger AC which is quieter than 13 seer , another reason that I did not recommend other Ac is your town house which has a small door at the back yards.This unit has 72 Db and is not that loud. hope we can serve you in future,feel free to call at 416-843-1321.

    furnace cleaning

    Max promptly returned my call & came to service our furnace the next day. Due to his extensive knowledge, we learned more about the workings of our current furnace & how to address future issues, including ways to improve our air quality. We highly recommend this company & especially Max for his professionalism, great communications & reasonable prices.

    Multiple HVAC Jobs

    I used Max on multiple occasions for personal and business for furnace replacement, AC, water heaters, tankless, etc. He was great from working in the super old buildings to brand new multi-million dollar mansion. I waited a year to write the review and no complaints. He responds promptly to questions afterword as well. Good prices. Hard to beat when the service is AAA as well.

    Great Service and Reasonable Pricing

    Max returned our call quickly and was able to provide us with the best options for us. He was able to come to our home after a few days from the initial call and put in a new unit. The service call only took a few hours and we had our new unit which runs perfectly. We would recommend Max at Aire Max.

    Great Service

    Contacted Max for two services. One was for my mother whose furnace was making a noise when the heat was turned on and the other was ours for the annual maintenance. He was able to do both a few days later. Max was, as usual, very accommodating and did a great job. Diagnosed my mother's furnace issue and gave options. As always would recommend Max / Aire MAx.

    Excellent

    On his first visit to our home, Max took the time to advise us on the best solution and type of products that would be best for us. He provided a lot of information and took the time to answer any and all of our questions. He was very accommodating to our schedule when we were finally ready for the project, and he and his team did a superior job when it came to installation day.     New AC and Furnace

    Been having AC issues and decided based on reviews here to call Aire Max. They came out very fast and got it running during some very hot weather. As I had an older furnace and a leaking AC that were nearing end of life decided to go with them to get both replaced. Very happy with their suggestions and recommendations and happy with my decision to go with them. The appointment for the replacement was quick, all questions were answered quickly and the work was done cleanly and very professionally. Another big plus is the very courteous service which was appreciated. Hope given everything is new will not need service for a while but will definitely be using them in the future.

    Fast service

    Max was responsive to our request, quick to reply and answer our questions. He provided us with a fair quote and transparency about what we needed to do when our AC broke down. Really happy with the result and service, thank you.

    Air conditioner replacement

    Our airconditioner stopped workign- 21 years old- in the middle of heat wave I decided to call on a sunday, expecting to get voicemail, but Max answered and was there within an hour to diagnose the problem We decided to replace -two days later it was installed and working well Also got a new thermostat Fast and professional service, on time, and it works well and I thought the price was right- didn't feel need to shop around.
