Needed my AC maintenance done before turning it on for the Summer. Called AireMax Heating & Cooling and I had the AC checked within a few hours on the same day I called. He was very efficient, and did find a few items to be fixed including low refrigerant on the ac. A week later I called again, but this time for my mother-in-law’s ac. He came on the same day and was prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with when questions were asked. Unfortunately, my mother in law's ac lost its refrigerant again called AireMax to advise him of the situation. As prior he was prompt in answering the phone, remembered the customer right away and came over within an hour. He assessed the situation and advised the best option would be to replace the ac because it was going to continue to be a problem since there was a leak somewhere in the system which is very difficult to detect where the leak would be. Once decision was decided he left to pick up the new ac. It turned out the furnace was also in need of replacement. AireMax left and returned within the hour or so with both new ac and furnance unit. He worked till late in the evening to get both items replaced. He was very professional, efficient and very focused when working. His price was also quite reasonable giving my senior mother in law a lot of peace of mind. His promptness and efficiency was so much appreciated, because the next day the heat and humidity was very high so it was perfect timing to have someone as prompt and efficient as AireMax Heating and Cooling being so caring to help others in such an efficient and professional manner. Discovered Airemax through HomeStars. All the highly positive comments regarding Max and his partner are 100% true. He installed a Carrier central air conditioner June 30 2021. The workmanship and the cleanup excelled. Our house had been without cooling for 5 days during our most recent heat spell and outrageously high humidity. Max arrived the day I called and installed the air conditioner two days later. After installation Max called me three times the same day to make sure all was well. Our house is now comfortable. Thanks again. Nothing like the personable service Airemax provides.

We reached out to Aire Max to install a Carrier central air-con unit in our home. Max recommended a 2-ton unit and provided both an estimated shipping date for the unit, and an installation-date for the job. Two days later, he conducted a site-inspection and provided a written quote taking into account the state of our existing HVAC connections, our panel wiring, and the intended location of the unit. Max and Reza (his assistant) arrived on the agreed date at the agreed time and completed the installation in 3 to 4 hours. After connecting the unit, they checked for leaks and inspected the furnace motor which required a re-calibration. Before they left, the unit was running smoothly and the in-door temperature was already cooling nicely. Throughout the job, Max & Reza answered all my questions, were open & personable, and also provided useful maintenance tips. All said, this was a very positive experience, and we are pleased with Aire Max’s professionalism and efficiency. We will be very comfortable calling Aire Max for all our future HVAC needs. I called Aire Max due to old AC break down. Max was punctual both times, once for assessment and other for installation. He clearly explained the problem and options. Quotes are fairly priced. The installation process was smooth and finished ahead of schedule. Max inspected a couple times to ensure new unit is operating and cleans up afterward. I would highly recommend.

My air conditioner began leaking in my basement and it was an old model that originally came with the house. I was concerned about having to replace it and called around for quotes. Other companies would only come at least two days later and I was concerned about being without air conditioning in the summer heat or taking a chance and running it with the leak until someone could look at it. Max from Aire Max promptly arrived that same evening to look at it and quickly cleared a block in one of the hoses. It has been working just fine ever since. Thanks Max for a great job!

My old and noisy AC unit finally broke down during the worst heat wave of this summer. I called a few companies but I had no success, I felt hopeless. My next door neighbour kindly recommended Aire Max Heating & Cooling since they used this company last summer and were incredibly happy with their service. Max, the owner, offered a very reasonable price with next day service. The new Payne AC unit was installed in 4 hours!!! The new unit is awesome. It works quietly and cools down my house very quickly. My old unit was taken apart and carefully removed from the yard with zero damage to my flowers and garden. Max and his colleague wore face masks and kept their distance. A receipt of payment and a warranty were provided at completion. Max is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and polite. I was so pleased with the new AC unit and service that I instantly booked Max to replace my old furnace. I am incredibly grateful to Max for his work and I highly recommend this company. Thank you for saving me, I don’t know how much longer I could have handled the summer heat, you are a hero!

My 18 yr old AC died during this current heat wave. Contacted Aire Max Monday night and he responded back right away. He gave me pricing/model and recommend the right size for my house. He did maintenance on my furnace last fall and told me with such old units it's best to replace them before they breakdown. It's not worth repairing them as they would cost too much and wouldn't be as energy efficient. I should has listen back then before this current heat wave. Took just under 3 hrs to complete and definitely will be calling him in the fall to replace my 19 yr old furnace.

Max from Airemax was able to get the unit we wanted when others could not. We were scheduled to have the installation done on the following Tuesday but there was a heat wave coming and Max was able to install our unit earlier then scheduled to avoid the discomfort of that heatwave. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again. TC

Our furnace broke down 3 days ago. It wasn't working at all and I was worried we needed to replace it. I called a different company that told me the soonest they could come out would be June 25th! I called Aire Max and spoke with Max. He was here within 1 hour! He fixed the furnace by installing a new motor (i.e., not a furnace replacement), and he did all of this within 3 hours. The furnace is working perfectly now. This was great service. Thanks Max.
