    HVAC Repair (Reincarnation!)

    Thank you Max! Our A/C system was down after a very poor installation by what appears to be a fly by nighter at this point. Enter Max. He fixed numerous freon leaks, identified a drainage issue (they had not installed one), saw that our breakers had been flipped around to prevent us from starting it, and got everything running perfectly again. Unexpectedly, I felt for the amount of work he did, he charged us very reasonably. I am really grateful that he got everything done quickly and efficiently and am relieved that he will be handling our HVAC going forward, after a couple of not so great experiences elsewhere.

    Air Conditioner replacement

    I want highly recommend AIRE MAX if you are considering a new system or want someone reliable and honest to maintain your current air conditioner. My air conditioner broke down recently. I called Aire Max and Max came the same day and gave me the quote for the new Lennox. Prior to the installation, he provided relevant information regarding options, with no pressure to purchase more than what was needed. In addition, I found his pricing to be very competitive.

    New AC Unit installed

    I was having issues with our AC which was 21 years old and decided to get a new one installed. Had a few different quotes and looked up some reviews online and found Aire Max with great ratings. Max quoted me a reasonable price over the phone and with his great reviews, decided to book him He was able to fit us in quite quickly and did a great job installing our brand new AC. Job only took him 4-5 hours and my AC was running perfect when I got home from work. I would recommend Max to anyone. He is not out to just get your money and will give his honest opinion before trying to sell you on something. We plan to replace our furnace at some point too and will definitely call Max first

    Air Conditioner Unit Replacement

    We needed a new AC unit and contacted Max because we had a great experience when we hired him to install a new furnace back in 2017. He gave us a quote, for the AC, over the phone and arranged to install the unit a few days later. He arrived at the time he stated and had the job complete within a few hours with no issues. Again we had a great experience with Aire Max Heating and Cooling. We would highly recommend Max and would not hesitate in hiring him in the future for our heating and cooling needs. He was so efficient and cleaned up so well that you would hardly know he had been here! Thank you Max!!

    Air Conditioner Repair

    When we discovered that our air conditioner was not working we knew to call Max right away. Two years ago we trusted Max with fixing our furnace, which he did with great knowledge and service. When he came to inspect the problem with our air conditioner, he kept us informed of what he was testing and what he suspected the issue was. He quickly identified the issue and managed to fix it efficiently. We would absolutely recommend Max to anyone.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    My air conditioner got broken, so I called Aire Max. He responded immediately and visited in a scheduled time . Very professional service, definitely knows his business. No gimmicks, very time consuming and efficient job. I was impressed and pleased to deal with Aire Max.

    Inspection & Repair of A/C Unit

    Our new A/C unit was not turning on without explanation on a very hot day. We called Max that night and he arrived the next morning and determined that the unit had been improperly installed. After a quick and simple fix it was working perfectly.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    I had used Aire Max 3 years ago to install a new high efficiency furnace and was very happy with the service. So 2 nights ago, on a Saturday night when I realized my 15 year old air conditioner ceased working I called Aire Max without hesitation. Max answered the phone and promised to come the next day. He fulfilled his promise and was at my door Sunday evening at 6:45pm within 24 hours of my call. He replaced the starter and added freon. I appreciated that he had the supplies in his truck and did not have to return for a second visit. My air conditioner is now working perfectly. Thanks Max for a job well done and fast!

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace broke down on a Saturday in March so I called up Max and he answered right away. He was able to come to my house the same day. He opened up my furnace and told me that my motherboard was dead. He did not pressure me at all to buy any fancy new furnaces but warned me that after he replaces the motherboard, there could still be other issues because there were signs of water damage. Because the part supplier was closed on the weekend, he said he can get me the board on Monday if I wanted. I decided to do a bit of research on furnaces since I didn't know anything about them and was still undecided. I called up Max and he answered all my questions. Again, he did not pressure me into any fancy new furnace but he said if I did want one, he recommended a 1 stage furnace for my house as 2 stage furnaces have shorter life spans and are more costly to repair. In the end, I decided to go with the motherboard repair and he showed on Monday with the new board like he said he would. He replaced the board and the furnace was up and running. He then investigated the rest of the system and discovered that the drainage pipe from the humidifier was blocked and it was pushing water back into my furnace. It seems that I had 3 drainage pipes that merge into one so water was being pushed back into my furnace. He told me that the air con, humidifier, and furnace should have separate drainage pipes so that it won't impact each other if something goes wrong. He installed 3 new pipes as well and the furnace has been running smoothly since. He's a nice guy and patiently answered all my questions. I would use Aire Max again!

    Furnance Replacement

    About a month ago. one cold Sunday morning, while Toronto was still experiencing winter I woke to find my furnace not turning on. Still having Max's number from a past repair i called him and reported the issue to him. He asked a variety of questions about the furnace and reassured me that everything will be okay. An hour later Max arrived and investigated the issue. He was very thorough, checking all electrical connections, fan and gas lines. He told me the bad news of needing a new furnace but also told me that he could get me one the next day. Sure enough next morning Max was at my home with a new furnace. He installed the furnace after which ensuring that I was satisfied with the end result. His work was clean and orderly. There were no loose connections or left over pieces. He was pleasant to work with and provided me with a great customer experience. I will no doubt continue to use Max for future repairs. Thanks Max!
