    Fireplace check & cleaning

    I needed to clean & check out the fireplace.Max came on time & did his work in 30 minutes. He did a very professional job and was just as good as almost 5 years ago when my fireplace didn't work. I may put a fireplace remote in. Thanks Max! I"ll be sure to call you again for any needed work. Roberta Toronto

    Top Notch Commercial Furnace/AC Maintenance

    Aire Max has been doing repairs and routine maintenance on our commercial heating/cooling unit for a few years now and we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism, reliability and high level of service we have received especially in cases of emergency when the unit has needed unexpected, fast service.

    Fireplace repair

    I needed to fix my fireplace and move it. I was told it would need to be diagnosed and could be moved. Tradesman arrived on-site. He was rude and abrasive. He performed diagnostic test and requested and ensured the gas line to the fireplace was in working order. He later told me the fireplace and not be moved and it would cost another $400-$500 but he that he wouldn't recommend it as it wasn't needed. I choose this company based on reviews and the fact that I was told it could be moved. I would have paid the additional $400-$500 but did not appreciate his unprofessional demeanor and unwillingness to move it. He did, however, fix the gas line.

    This is story from our side, call us and within 1 and 2 hour tradesman was at your place, because of unprofessional finished basement technician had to find gas valve of fireplace for extra time and work which supposed to have sign and made him stress with lots of dishes and furniture on his way, he turned on fireplace, about moving of fireplace it is misunderstanding, we are willing to move it that is way we gave you quotation and at the end he did leak test for your gas line to make sure your house is safe for no extra money ! your review seems you didn't have problem with our skills just problem with behavior, thanks god there is no doubt about our skills but we think there is different between tradesman that want to work and sales person that wants to make money!

    Furnace Replacement

    We replaced our old furnace with a high efficiency one. The job was done professionally, timely and neatly. It was our second time using Max and we have been completely happy in each instance.

    Installing Water Tank Heater

    The water in our house was not becoming hot. Air Max made it their first priority to make sure we get hot water again. Our tank was outdated so they had to order a new one for us and install it. The whole process of bringing it and installing it was done professionally and very swiftly and they were honest and clear right from the beginning. I do recommend them for anyone who needs new tank heaters as they work in a way that makes the client’s life easier.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    In July 2017, our air conditioner stopped working. I called Aire Max and left a voicemail. Within 1 hour, Max (the owner) called me back. Max was fully booked that days, but because it was a sweltering day and Max could recognize my desperation, he fit me in at the end of the day. First of all, Max was great to deal on the phone. We did some initial trouble shooting over the phone, and he was very patient while I tried various things. Max arrived at our house on time. He was very professional and courteous and didn't talk down to me. When he found out the problem, he called me over, showed me the problem, and gave me an estimate on the spot. To my relief, it was only a minor repair. After Max made the repair, he stuck around (even though it was raining) to thoroughly test everything and make sure there was no complications. I highly recommend Max and Aire Max.

    Install new AC

    We hired Airemax to install a new air conditioner for us, and we were very happy with the service Max provided. He was very quick to respond, and took the time to explain our options. Definitely recommend! Thanks! Vanessa and Mike

    Residential Gas line installation

    Excellent contractor/company. Showed up when he said he would, called back when he said he would, answers his phone, returns texts. Provided a quote for the work, and that is what it cost in the end, regardless of how much time he spent, or what he may, or may not have, considered with regards to the site situation. The work was well done. I consider him trustworthy in my home. Very professional individual/company. Will hire him/the company again!

    A/C Cooling issue

    My experience with Aire Max was great. The service was excellent with reasonable pricing, great guy and Uber efficient. If you are tired of being taken advantage of by service technicians/companies, I highly recommend Aire Max.

    Water Heater Leakage

    We had water heater leakage issues and called our water heater rental company for repair. Three separate reps came on 3 separate occasions but none of them were able to fix the problem. Out of frustration and desperation, we decided to google and found out about Aire Max from Homestars and called Max immediately - on the same day, Max came to the rescue by replacing a pump that was squeaking, and immediately pointed to the root cause of the water heater leakage being the wrong sized expansion tank being connected to the water heater. We had him come back the next time to replace the tank and all is good now. Max always picks up calls and comes in very promptly, he provides excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.
