Max showed up the on time and was efficient with his analysis of our air con breakdown. He explained the problem, the various options to repair or replace and I felt no pressure in any direction. He outlined the benefits and pitfalls of all options and allowed me to make an informed choice. Max was dedicated to doing the job at the highest quality, at the price quoted and all costs were outlined ahead of time. I would certainly not hesitate to make Max my first and only call in the future.

True story, I had an in warranty issue with my Air Conditioning, and called Max by mistake! The year before I had called Mark (another company altogether), who installed a part, and the A/C was no longer working. Max wasn't responsible for the issue with my A/C as he never did any work on it, however showed up at my door in my error phone call (what a way to meet a person!). Even though I made the mistake and called Max instead of Mark (I called the wrong company), he thought I was one of his customers, showed up pesronally. When we found out it wasn't him, he still offered some warranty work. Well since my A/C is down now, I am going to personally call Max. I have learned from my process the man stands up to his word. I recommend Max to you as a person who keeps his word on work that he does. Even showed up and worked with me by mistake :) That's what you want in business. Someone who keeps his word. Max does that. I recommend him :)

In 2015 our furnace died so we called Max. So this year when our A/C was on the fritz, we knew exactly who we were going to call. Max is courteous, professional and friendly. He came the same day each time we called and arrived right when he said he would. I am pretty sure that we will be replacing our A/C next year and will absolutely be giving Max a call.

Max answered our call right away to perform an annual maintenance on our older airconditioner, when we couldn't get anyone else to call us back. He was even willing to come out the next day. In fact he even offered the next day to come out early. He was quick with his work and gave us some additional useful tips. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. And I will definitely use him again for maintenance or repairs. He earned himself a regular customer. I agree with the other positive reviews on this site!

Max was very responsive when I called him in a panic because our AC unit wasn't working and our 1 year old was sick. He came within a couple of hours and did an amazing job, talking us through what the problems were and then repairing the problems immediately. He was respectful of our house (took his shoes off, closed up the baby gates whenever he opened them) and was kind toward us and our children.

It is difficult to find someone who provides service that is of this caliber. Max usually takes care of service issues the same day and is always on time. Charges are reasonable and honest.

Called Max at about 9am. He arrived, as promised, at 11.30, checked our a/c system thoroughly and cleaned it. Pronounced it OK except for a small recharge, which seemed very likely for an 8-9 yr old system. Excellent service Thanks

Once again, Max comes through for us. Thanks, Max! A couple of years ago my senior mothers central air conditioner cacked out. Sears - a curse be upon them - informed me that they no longer service the unit they installed for her; consequently, I came to HomeStars for help. After reading Max's excellent reviews I called him and he arrived at her house within the half-hour, and repaired it quickly. At my request he did a systems check and told me that sooner or later I would probably have a problem with something that he'd spotted; but did not try to force the issue or up-sell it. Just as he warned me, the unit started acting hinky last fall, and last week during the hot spell couldn't keep up with the high temperature. Luckily the weather cooled down a bit, so it was not an issue that required emergency service. I called Max, who arrived a couple of hours later. He let me know what was required and said that the chiller required would have to be ordered. He quoted me the price and told me that he would be back on site when he had it in stock. True to his word, Max went to my mum's house a few days later - on a Sunday - and had everything ship-shape in two hours. Max is fast, thorough, and utterly reliable. I recommend Max, and Max Aire unhesitatingly.
