    Bryant (Two Stage) Furnace

    Woke up. Furnace not working. Checked HomeStars. Took a shot and called Aire Max. He showed up (end up) same day. Had a look. Noticed furnace was two stage which means complicated ... and more expensive to fix. Didn't have the part on him he needed because furnace is unusual (two stage). Came back at time he said he would next morning. Put part on. Didn't work. Based on this learning, ran more diagnostics. Suspected it was motherboard malfunctioning from water damage (longer story). Had to go get that part and warned me in advance of cost and that it was non-refundable even if it didn't work. Came back next day time he said he would. Installed it. Furnace worked. Took back first part he bought so I didn't have to pay for it. Hard to tell if I was charged for each visit as invoice is all one lump sum ... but I don't think I was based on what he quoted me quickly on spot for motherboard. Max did his best to explain what he was doing at each stage and what problem was and how I could prevent in future. In short, I will more than likely call Aire Max to service my AC and furnace in future. Seems pretty honest.

    new furnace and humidifier

    We contacted a few companies for a quote on replacing out dying furmace and air humidifier. We could tell right away Max was the choice as he was honest, knowledgeable and worked with us on deciding what would be most suitable for our house needs. He finished the job in 2 days and he was punctual, efficient and clean. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a heating/ cooling company! Thank you Max for a job well done!

    Heating Problem with furnace

    The furnace stopped working on Saturday. I contacted a few heating servicing companies listed on Home Stars. Aire Max was the only one who answered my call on the spot and showed up in a couple of hours. Max diagnosed the issue with the switch right away, replaced the switch, also serviced and cleaned the furnace without additional charge. Great service.....

    Water heater repair.

    Had a problem with my water heater not heating water enough. Max was very quick to respond and immediately knew what the problem was. Provided a quick fix and made sure there were no leaks. Now the water is piping hot. Thanks Max.

    Furnace Repair

    My furnace stopped working last night, so I checked HomeStars and read the positive reviews for Aire Max Heating. At 5 a.m., I called and left a voice message explaining my problem, and I received a callback within 3 hours. Max advised me that he could be at my place in 1/2 an hour, however, I was no longer home, so we set a time for him to come by in the afternoon. Max arrived on time, and ready to work. It just so happened that I was able to fix the problem on my own approximately 5 minutes prior to him arriving, but Max, diligently, took the time to check things out and repair an unrelated item for me. I was very pleased with his prompt response, and his readiness to address my situation.

    Emergency Furnace Repairf

    Furnace stopped working. Needed emergency service...thinking this will be bad! It's 8pm when we call Max. Max says 1 hour but comes in 30 mins. Diagnoses and replaces a bad limit switch. Sticks around to test out and cycle the repair to make sure everything is working fine! Gives us a written 1 year warranty without us asking! Fast, professional and no BS. He's in, he's out, the heat us on!

    Furnace repair

    Furnace broke yesterday, Jan 13, 2016. I called 5 companies from homestars. None picks up.... I called Max Heating & Cooling Systems and Max picked up and in 40 min was at my place. He said he will be at my place in one hour, but he came in 40 min. The exhaust pump was broken. Today at 11 AM Max came and installed a new exhaust pump. He also gave me one year warranty on part and labour.

    replace air conditioner

    This review is long overdue. We'd sold our house in the spring and new owners were taking possession at the end of June. A few weeks before we were moving, the air conditioner died and we were in a panic to get it either fixed or replaced. Max came to our house on extremely short notice, checked the unit out and determined the part we needed would come from the U.S. and at a cost that really didn't make sense. It was a 10 yr old unit. We purchased a new a/c from Max at a reasonable price which he was able to install quickly. We were able to get relief from the heat that last 2 weeks before the move. Thank you Max, for your prompt, courteous attention to our issue

    Installed Automatic Humidifier

    Max responded quickly to my request for a quote to install a larger and fully automatic humidifier on my new furnace. Happy with the quote, I arranged the install. Max was professional in all respects and his work of the highest quality. I am more than happy and would recommend Max for sure!

    New Gas dryer hook up

    Came over and quoted on short notice. Completed everything the next morning (New Years Eve.) Took care of everything, gas line, new dryer vent etc. Now we can get back to laundry!
