AC replacement in rental property
Max did a great job again replacing a 28 year old AC unit in our rental townhouse unit. This is the 5 replacement jobs (AC, Water tank and Furnace) he did for us during past 15+ years at home and at this rental. He is always reliable, professional and does fantastic installation, with price aligned to the current market level.

HVAC Maintenance & Check Up
Aire Max did a great job performing maintenance on my HVAC system. Switching from heat to AC, Aire Max cleaned up my furnace & electronic air cleaner nicely and offered some helpful suggestions for changes that may need to be made in the future to my furnace. Aire Max performed routine testing on my AC and got it up and running perfectly. I'm a new homeowner and it's a relief to have a reliable HVAC company to help with my heating and cooling needs. I will use Aire Max again and would highly recommend.

Quick fix of AC condenser
Max came to my house within 1 hour after my call, The issue was AC condenser Fan not working, and coolant level low. 1. Diagnosed the issue 2. replaced the malfunctional capacitor. 3. refilled some coolant from 95 to 125. Half hour later my AC resume working, process was a breeze.

AC Maintenance Service
With the summer approaching, thought it would be a good time to have the AC serviced. Was able to book an appointment with Aire Max within 4 days at a time when HVAC companies are busy. Max showed up on time and made sure the AC unit is ready for the summer. He installed the AC unit in 2020. I will continue to use Aire Max HVAC services going forward. Thank you Max!

AC and Furnace Replacement
I contacted Max about a year ago when my AC broke and he came late on a Friday night to fix it. Simply amazing customer service. Fast forward a year later and my AC broke down again (its 20 years old), I got a quote from Max for a replacement of my AC and furnace. Not only was he the best priced (by far) for the same product as other providers but he was able and ready to install the next day. I was very happy to select Max and his team to do the replacement. They were able to complete the job in a little under a day and a half (surpassing my expectations, expecting it would take 2 full days). I was simply beyond impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. They took the old units away and left the entire workspace spotless. Max and his team surpassed my expectations in every way. I would recommend no one else for HVAC related repairs and replacements. So long as Max is around I will be going to him for all my HVAC needs! Thank you to Max and your team!

Excellent job!
This is the second time we have had Airemax come to do work at our home in Markham. The previous visit was nearly five years ago. They remain professional and timely. Max came to our home on time, diagnosed the issue with our A/C which had a water leak and corrected it. They came the day after we called. At a time so many homeowners have issues with technicians and contractors, AireMax is a rare find. Thank you.

New Water Heater
Aire Max installed a new water heater in a tiny corner at my place. The heater was replaced successfully and the heater was quiet as compared to my previous one. The crew was professional, on schedule and demonstrated patience in explaining the operation of the heater. Thank you Max.

Air conditioning Service
Called Aire Max for air conditioning service before the weather gets hot and Max showed up on time to the appointment set. Serviced my air conditioner and did what ever service was needed to prepare my a/c for my summer. Very much appreciated!!!

Installation of Power vent Water heater
I used used Max from Aire Max Heating and Cooling for the installation of both a new furnace and new AC a few year back and had such a great experience that I asked him to install a new Power Vent Water Heater. He is friendly, down to earth and very honest. His pricing is the cheapest we have seen compared to big box stores and other competitors. You will not be disappointed. Happy with the Service
My furnace wasn't working. Siamak came on the same day I called, found the issue, and repaired it within a couple of hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I happily recommend him and the company.
