My AC was running inefficient last year and I decided to have it serviced prior to using this year. I called Max and he came on time as scheduled, took the time to explain the issue and my options. He serviced the AC and topped up freon levels as required. I would highly recommend Max to anyone who needs to get their HVAC looked at.

The gentleman was very prompt and courtious. He came on a statutory holiday and was able to get an engine and fix our broken furnace all with in a matter of a few hours!

Our furnace was old and did provide proper ventilation, we called the AIRE MAX company and they provided the best service for replacing our old furnace with the new one. Now air circulation in the house has become better, the furnace has significantly less compared to the old one. I highly recommend this company for installation of furnaces.

Needed a H2O tank replaced in a Stacked Townhouse for a client in September 2013. Max was a bit late in arriving to do his quotation appointment but made up for it in cost of the job. He ordered the specialized tank efficiently, came out a day before we expected and the unit was installed well. Good job, Max.

We called around to try to find someone who could install a whole house humidifier to our furnace in a very confined space. Many told us it could not be done and either rejected the job or suggested a portable or drum style humidifier as a last resort. Max was able to tell from pictures I sent him that he could do the job by re-configuring the vent pipes on the furnace to allow more space to install the humidifier. He came within a few days and got the job done in 2 hrs. Now our home is adequately humidified and we don't have to worry about our wood floors and trims cracking. Thanks for the great job Max!

He was very honest about our options and knowledgeable about the municipal code. The furnace is working again, after replacing the motor and the pressure switch. I own a Goodman home gas furnace model GKS9070, which was installed at my home in 2008. So I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that it stopped working (after 6 years of perfect service). The early sign of the draft inducer motor problem was noticed by my wife, when she pointed out the furnace noise that carried through the ducts. When I looked at the furnace, sure enough the motor bearings were making a loud squeaky sound, and soon after the motor stopped completely (and the furnace stopped working). I found Aire Max on the internet as a Goodman heating and cooling service company, so I called them March 13 late evening, the service technician came by that same evening at 7:30 pm. He took out the motor, gave me a good estimate of the repair cost, and promised to be back to repair the furnace the next day (Friday March 14 th). He was very honest, said he didn’t have the part on hand, but would get it fast enough. True to his word, I got a call the next day, Friday morning at 11 am. Half hour later, he was at my house with a replacement part. And by 12 noon, half hour later, the furnace was fixed. Price was within my expectation, as we discussed. This company is very professional, the service technician was easy to talk with, and they got the job done.

Furnace went down in the middle of the night when it was -25 outside. Service man was here within a couple of hours. Very helpful and addressed the problem right away.
