    air conditioning repair

    Our central air conditioning system was not working, or so we thought. Max came the same day we called and discovered it was the circuit board on our furnace. He replaced it promptly and returned the next day to show us how to properly adjust the thermostat. All is well now, thanks to Max. It is great to find a trustworthy technician who stands behind his workmanship. We will definitely call you in the future.

    Furnace & A/C

    We greatly appreciate the hard work and diligence in Max installing our new furnace and A/C. It was a big job and he was very thorough in his work and very reasonable on pricing even on the higher end Gold series units from American Standard. Would recommend to others for sure.

    Dual Air Conditioning Unit in Commercial Offices

    Max was good & was able to match another vendors price,a s well he was able to accommodate us and start on the work right away. Completed the work and done a good job, we have ac & heating for 2 separate offices. He faced some complications but was able to trouble shoot this. Was committed to complete the job on time.

    Central Air Conditioner

    Our 30 yr. old central air conditioner failed at the beginning of the July heat wave. I knew it should have been replaced long ago. I called and left voice messages with two companies the following morning. Knowing that most HVAC companies in the GTA would be busy, I gave them until the end of the day to call me back. I never received a call back from either company. The next morning I called Aire Max and to my surprise, Max answered the phone. He asked me details on the problems I was experiencing and said that he would be at my home later in the day. He showed up when he said and diagnosed the problem with the a/c unit, and with the unit being 30 yrs. old, the part would be impossible to find. He offered to install a new unit the next day. Needless to say, I have a new central air conditioner installed at a very reasonable price. Max was true to his word on every occasion, and I highly recommend his services. Thanks a million Max. You have a new customer who won't hesitate to pass your name along to others (I already have).

    Hot water tank replacement

    Recently we contacted Aire Max to replace an older water heater which had started leaking. To our delight friendly Max was able to come out to our house that same evening and recommended replacing it. As we had gone without hot water already for a few days and a long weekend was coming up we asked if he was able to accomodate a next day replacement and once again were delighted when he said it could be done (and that he would even come later in the afternoon to accomodate our busy schedules). I am happy to report that The work was completed professionally and on budget within four hours as he estimated. The total cost of the job was even lower than it would have cost to buy the tank at retail (it was a big boy!). They even removed the old tank at no additional cost and respectively cleaned up the work area once the job was done. We are very happy we had Max on the job and would highly recommend using Aire Max for your future heating and cooling needs.

    Red tag remediation

    This is the 3rd time i have used Max's service. As always, he was accomodating, professional and cost conscience. Max offered the most cost effective solution to the red tag warning remediation and performed the work in time and to my satisfaction. Thank you Max for great job.

    Central Air Repair

    I can't imagine anyone giving Max less than a 10. My wife called while I was out of town. He immediately reassured her, handled what could be handled on the phone, then went way out of his way for 2 days to ensure that the original supplier honoured the warranty, made the repair and held the manufacturer to task on the parts replacement. He even drove to Mississauga to get the parts immediately, rather than waiting a day or two for shipment. Dedicated and trustworthy, you can't beat his service.

    A/C repair

    I phoned the Aire Max on a long-weekend Saturday and he came to my house within an hour. In about five minutes he found what the problem with my air conditioner was. He replaced the burned connector and checked some other parts as well as pressure in the compressor. He was very polite and he knew what he was doing. His price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend his service.

    Air Conditioner

    My air conditioner broke during the heat wave in July. Even though Max was very busy he made the time to come to my house very late at night to attempt to fix the unit. A part was broken which he ordered and came by again to fix once he receive the part. Very professional and very dedicated. I will need to replace my air conditioning unit and furnace soon and will be using Max again.

    AC "starter"

    My Air Conditioner failed during the Mid July heat wave :( Furnace was blowing but the compressor wasn't working. Max showed up later the day I contacted him... earlier than the time that he said he'd arrive which is this case is a very good thing :) Quick diagnosis of the problem and AC was blowing cool air again. Price seemed reasonable for what was done. I will not hesitate to call Max when the thing decides to break in 40+ weather again.
