Our house was treated three times by our technician, Moe. He was every nice and when we were not satisfied with the results because not all the cockroaches were gone, he made sure to come back whenever we had time to re-do the service. We were only charged the first time which was great.

Moe did a great job explaining everything and showing us how to prevent it from happening again. He was more than willing to come in when we had a concern and he called right on schedule to check and see if there was a problem.

Since spraying in April, We now have had the ants return and in addition now have flies, I was charged $180 for just my basement to be sprayed and when I called again they want to charge me again to spray. I think $180 is a very excessive amount to be charging for the basement of a semi detached house (they are only spraying 500sq feet. What really is horrible is the unprofessionalism of the woman I spoke with on the phone, she is very rude and doesn't understand what the customer is saying. I'd recommend going with another pest control company.

I had roaches issue one year ago it was heavy infestation after being tried many companies and spent alot of $$$ but my problem was still there then I called Pestend Zafar came to my house and did the superb job i did not see any single Roach ever since I got the treatment then this year I have mice issue I called Pestend again and I requested to send Zafar again because I trust this gentleman he is very expert and professional with his work very friendly with very positive Gesture every company should have this kind of employee. Our house had recently developed a cockroach problem. Pestend was very responsive and very helpful in getting us an appointment right away. The technician Fazee was very thorough, very upfront, and provided us with great service. He explained the situation and talked about the different treatment options and what he recommended as an initial treatment. Needless to say, the initial, conservative treatment was all it took to get rid of our cockroach problem. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing similar issues.

My mom had some issues with bed bugs in their apartment. Since we didn't like the reviews of the company that the management of the apartment building hired to get rid of the bugs, we did some research and found Pestend. The costumer service over the phone was excellent, and we quickly set a date and time that were accomodating to my parents' needs (elderly couple, my mom's husband with Alzheimer's, cannot stay away from his home too long, etc). Fazee the technician arrived right on time, explained the procedure thoroughly and carried out the job within the time frame he promised. At the second treatment he was punctual again, explained how the treatment will differ from the 1st, and he finished the work in a timely fashion. We are only one day post treatment, but I am confident that Fazee did a good job and we won't see these unwanted creatures again! We highly recommend the services of Pestend and Fazee!
