We came home from a weekend away to discover a hornets' nest the size of a basketball adjacent to our pool. Of course we were very distraught and in the middle of the summer, we want it removed quickly so that the kids could safely enjoy the backyard. We contacted Pestend and Tony arrived at our home within a half an hour. Before we knew it, the nest was removed, spray was applied to prevent return and the rest of our yard was checked for additional nests. The job was done quickly, efficiently and effectively. We were extremely pleased in all regards.

We discovered a wasp nest in our barbecue and called Pest End. Tony was able come by within a couple of hours and took care of the nest very efficiently. Highly recommended for any pest control!

Notice them in my sons room called them the next morning, they came that day. Hamid explained what was going to be done, showed me where they were hidding, and was very thorough. Explained the next steps, how to prevent, and was very nice. Follow-up two weeks later, and all clean. Very happy with fast friendly and do what they claimed - quarantee!.

My Girlfriend and I are very clean people, we do travel a lot and we both work within the city. Recently she had been waking up to some bites on her arms and back, naturally we thought perhaps it was just a matter of throwing the sheets in the Laundry or that because we live in High Park, she had been bitten by something while on a walk. The bites however didn't stop and eventually one night while laying in bed, I felt something crawling on me. I turn on the lights and immediately recognized that it was a bed bug. My Girlfriend Spent the night on an air mattress while I inspected the room and bed some more, I stayed up all night and managed to find and trap 6 bed bugs. In the morning after reviewing several pest control services, I decided to go with Pest End. I explained my situation and asked if they would come on the same day and they did... A few hours later in fact. The technician Naseer was so polite and understanding. I never once felt judge and he and I inspected the room and mattress some more. He informed me that bedbugs are really good "hitch hikers" and that it's becoming increasingly common in the GTA. Naseer was by far the best part of this experience and never once did I feel like he didn't care So, we let him do his job and let me tell you, he did a great job. He came back 12 days later for a follow up and found that the problem had been resolved . It's been over a week now, still no bites and my Girlfriend can rest easy. I definitely would call Naseer again in the future for any problem I may have.

Called Pestend at 9:30 in the morning as I had a very large ground wasp nest in my front garden. I am allergic to stings so it was important to have the wasps removed promptly. Technician Tony arrived at 11:30 as arranged. Tony was professional and polite. Removed all wasps, explained how he was going to do it and gave a 6 month warranty. Very satisfied with PESTEND and technician Tony.

Adam and another technician came the next day after calling pestend about removing a dead squirrel in the bathroom vent pipe on the 2nd floor. The technicians were knowledgeable and provided excellent service and answered all my questions. Goodwork guys!

I was getting mystery bites though I didn't see any bugs or sign of them after googling how to inspect for bed bugs. I had Zafar come to inspect (he was recommended by a friend). He found a very small corner on my boxspring that indicated bed bugs. Treatment was done 2 days later. It was fast and totally affordable. I was back in my place 4 hours later and the bites never returned. I'm more than pleased with this service.

My roommate was being bitten so we called Prestend and they came right away to deal with the problem. They were much more affordable compared to other options we found online. Nasser was very informative on every step he would be taking and very kind. They also returned 10 days later to re-spray just to make sure they were completely gone. Overall a great experience in the worst situation.

We called Pestend again today after discovering a yellow-jacket wasp nest on the second level of our home. Again, Pestend was there within hours and luckily, they sent Moe Iqbal again. What a pleasant gentleman! Problem solved - nest removed. Thanks Moe!

We used Pestend for bedbugs treatment in our office. So far so good, it's been a week now. In terms of customer service they're were great to work with. Naseer, the person who came to do the treatment was very helpful and nice, and answered all my questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.
