I used Pestend last November for mice activity in the kitchen. Within a few days the problem had been solved. However when the weather just now started to turn cold they obviously found their way in again and Pestend came out immediately. What impressed me even more than their service is that they honoured their one year guarantee even though the reoccurrence was definitely not their fault. I have now plugged the entry point. Lukman and Mo from PestEnd in Mississauga have come to our home on a couple of occasions to remove wasp/hornet nests that appear sometimes in the spring. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about the insects behaviours and they have given us good advice on what these insects do throughout the year and what we should do about it. They have always been effective at removing the nest safely and they are also flexible enough to come on short notice when required. We found a couple of dead wasps in one of our rooms last week, and were really concerned as to how they were getting inside. Took a walk around the house and found them going in and out of a gap in our shingles on our roof. Called Pestend, and they were able to send out Moe the very next day. He came at the time promised and sprayed and dusted the place. He told us to let them know if there was any activity in the next 7 days. Called and left them a message on Sunday, got a call back first thing on Monday morning. Since I missed there called, they left a message asking us to call back to set up the appointment time. Even though I wasn't able to return their call, Moe showed up to check up on our house an hour after their call, and did a second dusting. Very impressed with their customer service!!! Totally surprised me!

We had a massive hornet's nest in our yard that was much to big, and too high up in our pine tree, for us to remove. Pestend sent Naseer over to our place to solve the problem, and we found him friendly and thorough. The price was reasonable, too.

I had a wasp problem last fall and put off getting anything done about it I figured they would die over winter, needless to say they didn't. This summer they were back with a vengeance so I called Pestend. They came out the same day and sprayed, broke up the nest and removed the tree stump where the nest was attached. They told me it might take 10 days to a week before there would be no signs of the wasps and they did a follow up call in a couple of weeks to check on how things were. My wasps are gone I am happy and pleased with the great service I got from Pestend and their quote was much lower than the first company I called. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Zafar, the technician showed up at my house, very courteous and professional, he listened patiently to my concern, understood the problem, and was able to explain to me the steps he was taking to eliminate mice.
