I had discovered a small Wasp nest in my backyard recently, and called Pestend. They were fabulous and quick to respond, from the quoting process to the execution of the task highly efficient and knowledge. As a bonus the technician gave me a few tips for around the house as preventative measures which was highly appreciated. Would recommend this company to family and friends

I found out I had a wasp nest right beside the ducting of the range hood fan. I decided against removing the nest myself. I called Pestend and was able to get a quote right away and got an appointment made within a few days. I was very happy with the speed of this service especially since I had called some other big company previously and all I got from them was a "let me take down your information and we will call you back with a quote" The technician that came to my house was very friendly and professional and was careful not to damage anythng. He explained everything very well and was able to answer all my questions. The only criticism I can make is that he didn't have any garbage bags himself so I had to provide one. The other criticism is the personal safety of the technician, I would think he would have a respirator so as not to breathe in the insecticide. These are very minor negatives from an otherwise excellent service.

Pretend responded very fast to my initial request and all communication. It was easy to speak to a person and get information and through email. Zack was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident there would be no return of the bed bugs to our home. Had a good experience overall with their professional approach.

Saj arrived on time, and completed the job very quickly. He explained his procedure prior to starting, and explained the next steps. Very professional!

Faraz did a great job from start to finish. He completed 3 treatments for us during a time in our lives that was very stressful. He is very reassuring and knowledgeable, and has great customer service. In between treatments we were able to contact him with questions and concerns, which he was able to answer right away. He made this entire experience as painless as possible, which we will be forever grateful for. As a sidenote, reception was not overly helpful. They could not really answer basic questions or concerns (perhaps additional training or resources should be provided to them). We found going straight to Faraz much more helpful. Hopefully we will not have to face a bed bug issue again in the future, however if we do or if one of our friends do - we would recommend Faraz in a heartbeat. Thank-you!

I noticed a wasp nest and after battling them for a week I decided to call pestend. The wasps had started a nest that wasn’t visible and I covered the hole, which was a mistake. They continued to find new holes to enter the house. Once Sajjy from Pestend showed up I could quickly tell he was not there just for a transaction, but really wanted to rid my property of the wasps. I am happy to report after a couple days there has been no activity. Thank you Sajjy and Pestend!

Excellent service these guys came out and did their job In about 30 minutes and they were done! and I was pest free almost overnight and they haven’t been back since! I highly recommend their services, Sorry I waited so long! thanks guys!
